Paolo was so helpful in getting us a car after we moved to Toronto from the States. It proved to be quite the task that other area dealerships could not close for us. He and Nicole in finance made sure we walked out with a great deal on a lease that day- even at closing time. They made a great effort to get to know us and they continue to check in on our family and car.

We wanted to share how great of an experience we had when truck shopping at Addison on Eglinton. We only had a vague idea of which model we were intending to buy. We were so lucky to have had the pleasure of be served by Paolo Blanco. He completely extended the white glove service. Paolo was very knowledge about the vehicles and went out of his way to answer all our questions. This made for a much easier process in our selection. A big shout out to Paolo.you were awesome to deal with. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a car or truck to ask for Paolo as he will guide you with expertise.

I just purchased a new vehicle at this location and the service was awesome. I had the opportunity to be looked after from a sales rep named Paolo. I recommend him to anyone who needs a vehicle. He was very friendly and helpful. I had many questions about my purchase and he was more than eager to answer them all. Even after I left the dealership I never had a hard time contacting him as he always got back to me very quickly. Again I recommend Paolo.

I Gary Anderson have nothing but good things to say about Peter. In my life I have had a lot of people try to sell me their product they were either rude or seemed to be under pressure or just didn't care. Peter is a natural realistic fellow. From the moment I shook his hand he was totally professional yet cheerful and confident he could help me with the biggest purchase in my life. I would recommend him to anyone in a moments notice. I recently picked up my new 2017 Buick Encore. It was well worth the wait. I dealt with Sandra Marcinko, new cars sales rep. Everything she promised was delivered. I especially appreciated her constant follow up with me and keeping me informed on when the vehicle would arrive. The moment it arrived on the lot, she called me and I scheduled my pick up. She spent time with me making sure everything was set up with all the new technology and took me through it. If you're looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend dealing with Sandra, she's very caring and provides excellent service.

the costumer service was the worse experience I had ever had! I ask for help at the front desk to ask few questions for two SUV, the sale person was seating at the coffee bar inside the dealer having a coffee and chatting known the I was waiting. I wait for 40 minutes, and no one help me out. I approach to the sales person and his answer was something the I never see before: "I was busy with a more important costumer! he just got a $ 80,000 plus Cadillac!" My question is : It's this the way how this dealer serve their costumer? base on what you get? maybe my
$ 35,000 plus don't pay the dealer bills. I WILL NO VISIT THIS DEALER EVER AGAIN OR GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS! SAME BUD SERVICE JUST A NEW BUILDING!

Just picked up a 2012 Grand Cherokee Laredo and would like thank RAY for his outstanding work. I visited a lot of dealers and chose this dealership because Ray did not hound me and the vehicle was exactly what I wanted. He needs to teach other salesmen where I previously visited how to treat a customer. From the beginning to the end of the deal, it was hassle free and got the vehicle as he promised me plus he went out of his way to get it ready earlier in the day.

I highly recommend Addison and especially Ray A. to anyone that wants to be treated professionally without being hassled.

As for the vehicle, 5 stars for a immaculate presentation and the condition of the vehicle was one of the best I found.

Had a wonderful experience at this dealership.
My salesman, Cody, was also great. Very helpful salesperson.
I ended buying the new 2017 Malibu.
I took my son with me when I picked up the vehicle and both of us were happy with our experience at Addison.
I would recommend this dealership and its vehicle services. I have been over 2 years a customer at the service department and recently in the sales department and I am sure I will continue to be a customer at Addison.

Had a great experience at this dealership.
My salesman, Majdy, was also great. Very kind and helpful salesperson. No pressure into buying anything.
I ended buying a 2017 GMC Sierra Elevation pickup truck. They didn't have what I wanted in their stock but went and found me exactly what I wanted.
I am happy with my experience at Addison.
I would recommend this dealership and will be a customer again.

After visiting the 2017 Car Show I was very impressed with the GMC and decided to purchase one. About 3 weeks later my son and I visited 7 dealerships in the span of 2 days and settled on Addison Chevrolet after meeting one of their car salesmen, Ray Axiak. The experience with Ray at Addison was great!! he made my transition from my 2003 GMC Envoy to my 2017 GMC Sierra seamless, with his efficiency and professionalism, going the extra mile to make sure I left a satisfied customer. I would recommend anyone going to Addison Chevrolet, to go visit Ray Axial, a quiet guy, but he gets the job done!
