Nice and big showroom. Stupid that I couldn't book a test drive in person, have to do it online.
Edit: their service staff is 10/10 so far. Once you are a MB customer you get treated so much better than if you are a prospective buyer. Would recommend getting your service done here.response / report this review -

Brought two MB at this location from Bennett Au. Good services and very timely, but as expected of a Mercedes it is an expensive affair at every corner.
EDIT: Still MB Markham did go the extra mile when the C350 emergency foot brake malfunctioned, fixing it free of charge despite the car just recently being out of warranty. An extra star well deserved.response / report this review -

Excellent service, especially with the tech advisor Peter. The advice I have is be assertive, explain the situation when you have an issue and give the team plenty of time to make things right. Enjoy a snack and cafe mocha in the lounge, or my tip is get a free shuttle to Markville Mall and eat at Pickle Barrel to help pass the time.

Came in for a Service A.
Senior service advisor Mr. Jeff Power is a true gentleman.
Right attitude, professionalism, all showed in a timely manner.
Offered hand-wash because the car I'm servicing has magno paint, how thoughtful!!
kept me in the loop the entire time with calls and texts.
5/5 for his service and rest of the Markham staff who helped me, thank you guys for making my day.

The worst MB dealership in GTA.
I went to this place in March this year to checkout a new 2017 C300, the sales person is extremely rude and arrogant, like a snob that he gave me lease options and trying to explain to me that I can only lease for three years before I tell him that I'm going to pay off one, obviously he judged me based on how I dressed (I wore casual on that day) and thought I can't afford a car, he didn't send me any follow up email unlike Mercedes-Thornhill or the BMW near this dealership. I can't remember his name but I know he's from Hong Kong, I have no problem with Hong Kong but it seems HKers hate us mainlanders in bones. Fortunately, I have told three of my friends to avoid this place, and one of them was going to this dealer to checkout a new car this Friday. So much for the business, Mercedes-Markham. 一群自以為是的勢利小人，你們也就這點水平了。進門甚至連招呼都不會打？Owner我知道你會回覆每一條review，或許你看了這條review之後你應該好好教育一下你的sales？response / report this review -

This is one of the busiest location for Mercedes in markham! Regardless of their location, their service is the best! The service advisor Tony Liu is one of the best guy! His professional comfort me with things I don't know! He will try arrange loaner for customers, if not , shuttle service will be arranged! Also after service call to check up if everything goes well!

Very Very Bad Customer Service And manager. I Had my Brand new car 3 years ago and they only gave me one key. I am trying to get the key for 3 years but no luck. Not only that they have changed my financial plan and payment plan. The lady who changed this no longer working there. Rude Manger too. Do not go to this Location.

I was in the market for a new Mercedes and went to probably over 5 dealerships in GTA but just didn't get the right vibe from them until I went and visited """AMAR SETHI """at Markham MB .He was so welcoming and knowledgeable about the products that helped me make an informed decision , He was never tired of my questions and was very patient and respectful to me .The process was extremely smooth and I felt no pressure whatsoever in the decision on my vehicle , their financing Manager " Kevin Marshall" and sales department are extremely friendly and professional at the same time,
(One of a few places that Coworkers help each other to make the customer's experience superior , In this case was Another Salesman "Ben Izadi"). customer service is excellent and everyone welcomes you with a smile and hello . I felt very welcomed every time I visited to find answer to my questions and concerns on my GLC300 Coupe .Even After I Signed the contract and paid the deposit , Amar went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I have a good training and best delivery possible, I would highly recommend this dealership and Amar Sethi to anyone in the market looking for a new Mercedes in a hassle free friendly environment. All I have to say is excellent service! Everyone in sales and service department gave me the best customer service. I came in to buy my second Mercedes after being disappointed with the CLA250 that I bought from another MB dealership. I spoke with 2 different salesperson and they kindly advised me not to trade in my car as I have only had it for less than a month. They asked me to test drive the car I want as much as I like. I ended up test driving the C300 multiple times and the C450 once. I came there at different timings to test drive it and my salesperson even knew that I am not buying and my only intention was to test drive. They gave me an excellent service and now I am very happy with my new C class.
Service department was amazing, they helped me with my CLA when I needed a diagnosis, they took care of my car and made sure that it is working well. I came back again to the service department to check my tire pressure on my new C class, they helped me and gave me a wonderful service. I recommend this dealership to anyone.
