Pretty good environment, has US prices on NEW issues, though the prices on back issues isn't the best and you may not find the specific issue your looking for (in my expirience)

A very nice comic book store. It has a great collection of comics, but not too much periphery items such as T-shirts and such. Due to the fact that it isn’t packed with stuff it’s very clean and organized, which isn’t as common in most comic book stores. Great place!

Nice staff, cool atmosphere, Nutella latte is a must have in anyone’s life ( if you are allergic to nuts, bring an epi pen and risk it all). Wish there was more Steven universe and rick and morty comics!

Nice layout. Wide range of merchandises. Professional stuffs. Custor service is a top notch. Hope this store does well and expand, especially its Gunpla selection.

Absolutely love this store, stumbled into it while photographing random stores around downtown and I've been back three times this week since then (partially to visit that lovely canary cafe) to buy some geek stuff.

Comics, Graphic Novels, Posters, Figures they have it all here and the atmosphere is like no other geek store I've been to so far absolutely chill place I would highly recommend popping by and giving in a look see!

A fairly fancy gamestore right off the street, you can find the entrance at ground level though the store is on the second floor.

There's an attached coffee shop and a nice selection of figures, comics, and other gaming/nerd needs.

Compared to the nearby Hairy Tarantula, the Silver Snail has more of an upscale/fancy/boutique look but still manages to offer a nice selection of goods.

Snail stocks more variant issues, and has Canada/US parity pricing. I don't know if that's a smart move in this comic book market, but it certainly means I am spending more money there.

Yes, I realize Silver Snail isn't the awesome store it was back when it was on Queen Street. Please just get over it.

Hands down the best place to buy comic recent comics. US cover pricing, free back boards and bags, they order issues for you and a great selection current releases.

My go to store for comics, definitely! At first, it was just convenient due to being nearby on Wednesdays, but I have yet to find a store as comparable.

Staff is super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Which is huge because most comic stores I have visited have some of the worst service ever.

If they don't have something in stock, they always help by giving other options (either restock dates, ordering them in, or directing to other locations even). They go the extra mile to double check their backstock as well as all over the store, and are generally able to answer any questions.

Stock is usually always solid, but keep in mind they are a busy location, so they can sell out. They charge US cover price, have fantastic selection, and provide sleeves free of charge with purchase of a single comic issue.

Highly recommended, as I always buy from them on new release day.
