THIEVES, went to get a tire patched, and rotated my tires, and one of them took my cologne off my center console, it may not be a big deal to some people, but what if it was something else like my shades that i store in the same place. & when i got my car back, they put a different valve cap on one of the tires, with out telling me about it. i let that go bc i can easily buy a new set and make all 4 match again. and when they were donr with the vehicle, NOBODY told me that it was already done. I was waiting there for atleast another 10-15 for nothing, while i couldve already been on the way. prices may be cheap, but you get what you pay for. never will i go back there or recommend them. i would rather go to my usual tire place (simply tire) even though theyre far from me. if i could give 0 stars, i would.

Great place to get winter tires. I booked ahead, and was in and out within 90 mins. Four brand new winter tires fitted for $400 + tax. Thanks.

I have never had a more horrible service in my whole entire life. If I could give it zero stars I would. Wanted to change my tires to winters and was told it would have been a 3hr wait but ended up waiting 7.5hrs, they told me one price then when it was time to pay, they jacked up the price after waiting 7.5hrs. Then they stripped one of my bolts and blamed me for stripping it and had to drive home at 11:00pm with one bolt missing. On top of all that they made me feel so unwelcome and worthless. One guys was starring me down like he wanted to fight me. I have never been so disrespected. STAY AWAY!!!!

HALF ASSED PREFERENTIAL operated COMPANY that falsly operates on a first come first serve basiswaited from 10am till 6:30 pm.. I finished before a man that arrived at 9am Another customer arrived at 12pm and finished before me 5 mins after I LEFT check tire pressure light came on
Customer favor a clear factor First come first serve does not EXIST POOR client communication and HALF ASSED SERVICE
NATIONAL TIRE IS JACKED UP and I would NEVER refer them to anyone

No matter the size or type of tires you need, they have it at the lowest price. We called lots of places in the GTA and we found National Tires reliable and very affordable and they are also dependable. I would strongly recommend checking them out before buying anywhere else.

They were friendly and helpful. They helped me boost my clunker truck when it wouldn't start after they were done. They even called their neighbour, a mechanic, to help out. Thank you!!

I went to National Tire about eight weeks ago, after getting a bargain quote for some winter tires. While the service was quick and the final price was as quoted, the poor quality of work left a lot to be desired. I was disgusted to notice some serious scratches on my front two rims when I got home. The weather was pretty bad when I drove off so I didn't notice it when I immediately picked up my car. I didn't have the presence of mind to take pictures of my rims BEFORE the work was completed as I'd expect some basic competence in installing tires on the old rimsBoy was I wrong there. So while the price was good, well you get what you pay for unfortunately. Now I'll have to pay a few hundred to get the rims repaired thanks to this sloppy work.

I've been going to National Tire for years and can say that service has definitely improved. As a woman it's hard to get treated with the same respect as male customers especially in the automotive industries. But going here I always feel I'm treated fairly and not being conned into buying something I don't need. Mario tells you like it is and always tries to give you the best deal for your budget, which I appreciate. I've recommended National Tire to family, friends and co-workers. Whether I've needed a tire repair, replacement, or new tires/rims, it's always been a good experience. They do get busy especially during this time of year so pack your patience and don't take your frustration out on the staff, they're doing their best to get you out safe and in a timely manner.

Great price AND great service! I have recommended Mario at National Tire to friends at least 1/2 dozen times in the last few months. I have been dealing with Mario & National Tire for a number of years - storing my off-season tires, changing them over, and any other tire issue that I and my family encounter. Highly recommended!
