The attitude you get here is going to make you mad, consider other Audi before going in this one. Told the sales to remove something 2 months ahead, on the delivery date they say they did not receive the message, and the manager helped with nothing except for being hard and rude. Not the way to business, way to go, good job Uptown!

My one dealing with this dealership was horrible. Called and had them put aside 4 winter tires for me to pick up the next morning. Luckily I called them prior to coming to change my pick-up date, and was told the tires were sold to someone else early that morning. So if i didn't call, would have driven all the way there to pick up tires that were sold to someone else. Now here is the worst part: After this happened I asked when new tires would come in and at what price. Got no apology whatsoever, and was told, "manager told me we can call you when new tires come and no guarantees on pricing". This was shocking and completely inconsistent with the experience I have enjoyed with Audi dealerships over the past 12 years - going out of their way to make things right. I have never written an online review for anything before, but was so disappointed with this experience, I feel compelled to make others aware of what happened.

EDIT: They called me back and said they found the same tires for me, but at $80 more. So they made the error of selling the tires "put aside for me", but I must pay for it. Will let you be the judge of that.

I recently purchased a car from Audi uptown. My sales rep was Gloria Leong. She is friendly, knowledgeable, transparent and gave me no pressure on the whole car shopping process. Pricing was very competitive comapred to other dealerships. I decided to go with Gloria due to her exceptional service. She provided a painless negotiation process and we worked out a deal within half an hour. I would definitely recommend Gloria to anyone looking to purchase an Audi!

I would give this dealership more stars if I could. You'll hardly ever meet such accommodating people. Especially Michael Marcon. Michael, mate, you rock. He is not only extremely courteous, he listens to what your needs are and helps you out by going above and beyond. I visted the dealership just to collect the car, and that too Michael had offered to drop it off personally. He is extremely knowledgeable and not an aggressive salesman. I but my Q3 from this dealership, after talking to 3 other dealerships and Michael is the biggest reason for that. Although I live in downtown core, I know I will get the car serviced at this location. Their service beats the convenience factor hands down. Keep up the great work. You guys have my business for life. THANK YOU!

Have always been a fan of Audi. Went to this store to look for a A7 for my wife. We were there for about 15 min during which time no one approached us or even acknowledged that we were there. 2 salesmen were just on their desk not wanting to bother with us. So we left Audi disappointed, I really wanted to drive and compare the A7 to Merc E400.

The decision was made the same day and now we have our new 2018 E400. Great job Uptown for helping us stay with Merc

Sleazy dealership. When we purchased the CPO vehicle they up-sold us an extended service plan: "Sorry I don't have the original brochure but here's a photocopy". Returning for the free service 1 year later they informed us the plan did not apply to our vehicle, at which point we discovered an online version with the correct information. The photocopy given to us was an 8 year old original showing us covered. Audi Canada said it was the dealer's problem, the dealer refused to honour the contract. Clearly intentional knowing it would take us a year to discover the deception.

The VP called to apologize - sorry, not interested in apologies from unethical business people.

Untrustworthy dealership and sales team who will actively and deliberately mislead you just to make a few bucks - stay away!

Update: LOL at the positive reviews - obvious shills! Like any real person leaves their first and only google review complimenting a successful oil change, tire rotation, or over priced service? Or a sales rep's "patience" when selling an expensive car to earn $1000's! Try being honest and earn the stars instead of leaving fake reviews.

Update 2: I see there's now more than a few complaints here about the service plan offered by this dealership - appears it's their standard ripoff scheme. Beware!

Count on these guys to promote the snobby Audi dealership stereotype. Came here about 4 months ago dressed casually; I'm 25 and such, and was not greeted and barely looked at by the receptionist. "What are you doing here?" Was finally asked of me. Seriously? I'm looking at cars indicated I'd like to talk to sales and was greeted with a suppressed chuckle. Told them I'm a new hire for a leading aerospace company in the U.S. Face went from trying not to laugh at me to suddenly shaking my hand, asking about my salary, and trying to be my friend.

Appearance isn't everything guyssalesman I was introduced to was fantastic, but I won't be coming back here.

Initially I left a very short review without any details. Updating with some specifics now
I just recently bought a new vehicle and very happy with the transaction.
I only had a couple of service done at this dealership previously and didn't have any issues. Service is good too.

My bad experience was with one of the financial managers whom I purchased an extended warranty for my previous Audi.

So it is not fair to rate the whole team just based on a single person's behavior so I am increasing the rating to 4 * now.

From the first day I was in contact with Shoon Molla at Audi Uptown, I was immediately put at ease, as I had been looking For a manual S4 for about 6 months, and his confidence assured me he was going to deliver. He contacted me shortly after our conversation, with excitement saying that he has found me the EXACT car that I want, with the Package I was looking for, even down to the interior color I wanted. His willingness and commitment to his work, has proven a successful outcome for both him and myself. A week later, my Fiance and I find ourselves taking delivery of our vehicle new vehicle, only to be even more satisfied than we anticipated with the delivery process and the service we received. He truly treated us like family right from the beginning. This type of Commitment and dedication is lacking in the automotive/sales industry. Keep Up the amazing work Shoon. I would give him 10 Stars if I could!

The service staff here is amazing. Service was above and beyond. They really do make sure you and your car are taken care of. Jack especially does a job keeping you up to date and worry-free. He also went to alot of trouble to make sure a dent was repaired.

I was going off of a lease on a Q5 and wanted to lease a new Q5. Audi Brand Specialist Gloria Ieong is the most efficient and pleasant staff at any Audi dealer I have ever met. Accommodating to the fact that I come from out of town, she communicated with me effectively by email and phone and within a day she found me the car with all the specs that I want (and even got me a Boxing Day Special pricing!). On the day when I picked up my new car, she came back on site even though it was supposed to be her day off, and she coordinated with the service department so that the winter tires can be transferred immediately from my old car to the new one. From the moment I drove my old car into the dealer, to the point I drove my new car out with my family after all the paperwork was done, it only took 90 minutes! My whole family was very impressed by her courteous welcome at the dealer and her helpfulness. It was a marvellous experience and I will definitely go back for future Audi purchase, and will highly recommend working with Gloria.
