Nice dealership, nice staff. Some of the less experienced sales people are noticeably pushy.. i was happy to purchase a vehicle here until i noticed an oil leak after a few days. Turns out the oil filter wasn't secure and i had lost almost 3L of oil since leaving the dealership.. a very serious issue and I was ignored entirely when trying to contact them. Luckily I noticed!..I will not recommend Don Valley North Toyota. Be careful!

i had an amazing experience getting my first car at Toyota North Don Valley. Door to door - from entering the dealership to leaving it, folks there were super helpful. George listened to what i wanted and what i could afford and set me up with a great lease. Kenny was personable and walked me through the last steps to finalize the details. will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

We just got our car from this location and we could not be any happier! The person who helped us, Jun Choi, was the best car sales man our family has ever met. We got a great deal on our car and he was very honest with us. We trust him and would 100% recommend this dealership and Jun over all the others!

Salesperson Logan Yuan exceeded our expectations when we purchased our new car last week. Always with a good attitude, he was honest and trustworthy in his approach to making us feel at ease from the beginning (research, test drive, etc) to end (purchase, after-purchase drop-ins, etc), as well as every step in between in ensuring our needs were met throughout the purchase process. We have a friend who works at a different Toyota dealership but in the end we still bought from Logan -- yes, he's THAT good! If you're looking for good value and honesty, Logan is highly recommended!!

Great Customer Service!!! Very Friendly Staff and Always Smiling!! Special mention to Peter Ng for helping us find our new car and getting the 0% interest rate! Are they human? At the beginning of this past July (2017) their service technicians put on a pair of new tires and the air pressure on each one is perfectly adjusted. Ride quality is outstanding. Thank you Don Valley North Toyota for a job well done!

We bought our last car, a Toyota Camry 2014 in this location and we loved that car so much. However, whatever triggered us to trade that car to a new 2017 Camry, we did it.
This one that we picked up on August 17 seemed more compact and more comfortable. We love Toyota brands and we enjoy working with the Salespeople both times. They are polite and authentic.

From the first interaction until the delivery date my sales consultant, Arman, exceeded my expectations. I was hesitant to trust dealers until I was lucky enough to come across an associate who listened to my needs and explained the best route to take. I now am driving a car that is a much newer model than I anticipated and it was financially feasible due to Arman's guidance. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Great service for a long distance purchaser! I recently bought an SUV over email and phone exchange and felt I needed to say thanks with a review. Our sales representative, Jamie Li, was prompt, helpful and knowledgeable. Don Valley North Toyota was able to close the deal and have it shipped to our door within 2 days, exactly as promised. I had to trust Jamie and the DV team as I was unable to see the SUV in person and they delivered! I would definitely recommend working with this honest and efficient team.

Amazing costumer service
I would like to thank Ted Jafarzadeh - Sales person at Don Valley North Toyota, who helped me to make a right decision on purchasing a Toyota Corolla. As I was looking to purchase a used Corolla or lease, he provided me very concise and useful technical information on Toyota. By his explanation on leasing a brand new car or buy a second hand care I came to the conclusion that I can save some money by leasing a car without any down payment.

We had a great purchase experience with Arman at Don Valley North Toyota. He listened carefully to what we wanted in a car, went to great lengths to get us the exact model/features of the RAV4 we wanted to test drive, clearly explained all the relevant features and safety items in a way that was very understandable, and patiently answered all our questions. He never pushed anything at us, and was really competent and pleasant to deal with in all aspects of our purchase from the time we met him to the time we picked up the car. Couldn't ask for a better guy to buy a car from - and I've bought quite a few in my time.

Great service and staff here! We purchased a vehicle from here in October 2016 and the entire service from walking in the door and walking out with keys in hand was fantastic. The staff are friendly, knowledge and know how to treat a customer. The prices are also up to par with market standards and their quality of used vehicles is great. We will definitely be coming back here for service, and for when we need a new (or used) car, Don Valley North will be our first stop! The dealership grounds are also superb and won't mind spending an hour or so while my vehicle is getting serviced. A++
