  I find calling into the store the staff are very helpful, and even in store as well. My only complaint is that anytime I go into this store they always seem to be out of stock in everything in their shoe department. I have also ordered online in which they say an item is in stock to get an email later saying that my order was cancelled. It's just very frustrating as a customer to always have items out of stock.

  Worst customer service ever! Was in to buy a new pair of shoes. When I arrived in the department there no other customers just two staff members chatting to each other and drinking thier iced coffees. Finally once done chatting one of them a female not that it matters came over and asked if I needed help. I asked to try on a pair of shoes, she walked away and found said shoes returned handed me the box and walked away. Shoes did not fit and now no employee to be found. Walk to the front of store and spoke to manager about concern got the impression she could care less so I left the store and will never return. They suck! Never go to the sport chek in Guildford mall Surrey BC

  Busy today with back to school shopping, but no one was looking after the fitting rooms. After talking to a sales associate, someone was called to manage the fitting rooms, who was apologetic, and seemed happy to help. Store was busy and clean, so a positive experience.

  Bought a pair of adidas jogging shoes last week and when I reached home I saw a small cut at the innersole went back and within a minute got a new pair

  as others have said, the selection is not the largest. I got great service from one employee who was helping me track down an item of clothing that was sold out a lot of places. She went above and beyond to help me find what i was looking for.

  I have been shopping since I have moved to Surrey in May 2015. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Seems like they all are very motivating and know the things what they have sold in store very well. When I need, the staff are nearby and I just inquire about insoles, gym wears, basket ball and swimming goggle. They have all I want expect one. The staff told me that they don't have that thing what I have exactly looking for in store and nearby store has it. I valued their greatest customer services and they all are thrilling five stars employees. The employer should have happy to keep those valued staff. I just planned to spend less than $100, but I swipe my card more than $300, and I am happy with the value they provided and what I get. So far, that store is look like my best place to visit and going shopping. You all should go and see what the service they provide. Happy Place to go shopping. Again, Sport Chek Guildford !!!
