Do not take your vehicle here! These guys are a joke!
Brought my Durango here for some minor scratches and to fix a bracket for the front bumper. Made a appointment 3 weeks in advance. Was told they need my vehicle first thing in morning. Rearranged my whole schedule and arranged a ride home at 8am. Was told it would take 3 days. Went back 3 days later, and nothing. They said they forgot about my vehicle! What a joke. Suffered 3 days without a car and paid all the tolls. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Would give this place zero stars if I could.

Unfortunately this shop didn't work for me. The people are nice but not very accommodating when needing a 7-seat loaner. When I found out I was getting a larger van, I asked for a backup camera. I was told I'd need to wait for them to call me when one of their loaner SUVs returned (no specific date could be given). Granted, I never asked specifically for this when booking the appointment as I assumed that most current vehicles have those features. What I was not impressed with, was the fact that getting a rental vehicle (covered by my insurance) wasn't suggested to me as an option. When I questioned it I was told it's because they prefer to use their fleet vehicles because it's cheaper for them. Not the service I was expecting and I'm going to another body shop.

I brought my Jeep in to have the rear bumper fixed due to a medium sized scratch. Brenda was very kind, helpful and was able to give me a great estimate on the damage compared to other auto-body shops I was considering.

My Jeep was repaired quickly and I was very happy with the results. The staff is very professional and I definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking to have their cars repaired.

The staff were straight up and helpful, not to mention they all have great senses of humor too. They did a wonderful job and my vehicle was returned to me before they said it would be and all sparkling clean too. Thanks Dustin and Brenda. I will recommend you to others.

I was very impressed with the speed and final outcome of my experience with Jim Pattison Auto Repairs. They got my vehicle on Wednesday and it was ready to go late Thursday. It wasn't a big job but they did a great job, cleaned my car and I even got a certificate for a car wash later this year. I told the chap at the front that they did a great job and decided to write about it as well..
