Bhought these. Satisfied with the Training shoes price but not the Jordan's.
#TIP : Check footlocker for the shoes you like before you buy here ( I paid an extra amount of $85 here which i could have avoided). Otherwise the sales are great sometimes.

Awesome customer service from Daniel today. I called in advance, he held the last pair of a particular model of skates for me. When I arrived, they were there for me and with complimentary sharpening. Epitome of customer service. Definitely worth the drive from Vancouver! I’ll be back.

Looks like all the inventory which doesnt get sold is put on sale most of the time at this location. Cleanliness can do better. The place needs more lighting to make it look more attractive. Somehow the inventory here is way behind in time compared to other locations of sportchek. Its better to go to metrotown or richmond or tsawwassen to get more updated things.

Great selection , I was there yesterday and lots of parking with loads of cool stuff, we bought a Columbia water proof coat on Sale and I bought a K2 snowboard the sales assistance Vikash Reddy was a great help showing me the options very professional and patient as I kept asking him to help me choose the right snow board Vikash also put on my bindings and helped with boots Vikash made gave us a good experience

Went there twice to purchase work out gear specifically tights. I was interested in buying a pair of Nikes that I saw online but they did not have them in-store. They usually don't have the latest edition sneakers of most brands, as was told to me by one of the staff members. Didnt like much of the items in the clearance section and some items were damaged slightly. Staff was friendly and was helpful when I needed to try on different clothes. Returns were easy.

Horrible customer service, went in to buy runnersno one asked me if I needed help, waited like half n hour if not more and before I could get a word out or even make eye contact with a sales person..they rushed right by me. No concern for customer service at this location, the most irritating thing is, I found a really nice pair of shoes and this location is super close to me but because of there BS service I have to travel further somewhere else.

Avoid this place like the plague I bought a sweater from here it turned out to be used and stunk I was looking at bikes and they are selling used bikes with bald tires idk what's going on internally here but I've never been to any other sport check and bought used things scummy place.

We bought 5 soccer jerseys from strawberry hill branch, all costing more than $450 in total. One of the cashiers forgot to take the hard tag in Argentina jersey. Upon requesting the manager named Lisa to remove the tag. She simply denied saying what's the proof of the purchase. She was super rude and treated us as thieves. Well no one keeps receipts full time but we had the bank copy of the purchase. We got the receipt emailed to the store upon calling customer service. Lisa then removed the hard tag and while leaving the premises our bag of purchase again beeped and one of the staffs ran to us and grabbed the bag without saying a word. I guess the store should fix their security system and hire better staffs. The service provided at strawberry hill branch is simply pathetic. Higher authorities should look into this

Good selection. However, be wary of their holiday deals. For example, normally $50 pants are increased in price to $60, and then marked as 20%; $12 off. That means that holiday deal, in reality, is just $2 off.

The cashiers are good and this location has some pretty sweet deals..however most of the time it's hard to track down the floor staff for assistance (too busy in their own world socializing). The old guy working there "Larry" seems to profile people, makes you feel untrustworthy when you're in the store. Totally ruins the shopping experience.
