Great service staff that aim for an honest and effective solution to your repair needs. Ben in the Service department is very knowledgeable and will steer you in the right direction on repairs. Chris and the sales team will treat you like family and Rob in the business office is a gem. Don't hesitate to head to MRV for all of your needs!

Overall unit purchased is good, time was taken to explain all aspects of the unit. Service and parts team are good. Prices in the parts department are competitive, sale items are a good deal. 2 things that stop from a 5 star rating is they need to work on communication it took nearly 2 weeks and us calling to move things along. Added a mouse proof under coating and it was not cured upon delivery, when we got home i saw gravel stuck in it which is now permanent.

My wife and I purchased a new Keystone Alpine 5th wheel in Oct, 2011. At the time of purchase we have had nothing but a great and sincere experience working with sales staff. After the sale we continued to receive excellent help and assistance in any item that would pop up from the service department. This would include any warranty issues as well as routine maintenance, such wheel bearing repack and the like.
This year while in Arizona we discovered a very soft area in our storage basement of our unit. Upon our return we took our unit to Meridian for repairs. As it turned out to be an insurance claim the service department headed by Ben Ramsay, was excellent. Although the repairs took a while to complete., the end result was superb. The work completed was better than when we picked up are new unit. We will continue to deal with Meridian RV as we have found them to be knowledgeable, professional and very courteous to our needs. Thank you Meridian RV for all your good work.

My husband Eric and I rented an RV for two weeks from Meridian for our honeymoon, and the experience was wonderful. Their prices were incredibly competitive, especially considering the extras they include that other rental companies do not (like awnings and generators), and all of the staff we encountered were friendly and explained the process very clearly.

We were picked up from our hotel right on time and driven to the rental centre, where the contract was explained and we were given a demonstration of how everything worked. We added a few extras to our rental (convenience kits, chairs, a coffee maker) and everything was clean and worked properly. Meridian provided a handbook with some useful travel advice and troubleshooting for the RV which was awesome.

The RV itself (a B class) was the perfect size for two people, and incredibly well maintained. It was clear Meridian takes pride in their rental units and is not just a rental factory like some of the other companies seem to be. I would not hesitate to recommend Meridian to anyone looking to rent an RV on the west coast.

Purchased a RV yesterday from Chris. I got to say I really enjoyed my experience. I have been to a few RV places over the last few weeks. Hands-down this was the best. Chris the sales guy was not pushy. showed me my options and left me alone. Which is nice. there's nothing worse than a pushy sales man. So thank you Chris for being genuine. Chris the Manager and rob in finance help sweeten the deal. All in all I'm a happy camper. Thanks guys.
I will recommend these guys to anybody.

Went to this location in 2015 looking for a tent trailer, salesman was completely incompetent. Didn't know which days he worked and which days he didn't. We ended up purchasing from a more professional company. Two years later, thinking of upgrading, check it out and have salesman breathing down our necks as soon as we walk in. Insult to injury? It's the same awkward, cringeworthy salesman as before. We say we are just looking, have a peek through showroom and are about to go outside. He says we have to be escorted on the lot. We say fine. He says what do you want to look at and that they don't have anymore of the ones in the showroom outside. We say we don't know, I mention Jayco. He says we don't sell those and doesn't attempt to suggest anything else. Completely useless, not interested in making a positive customer experience. My husbands coworker had same experience with this guy. I'd fire him if I was the owner, just lost out on three sales because of one guy! Also, heard they don't escort everyone on the lot, they just profile and discriminate against their customers. STAY AWAY from this place!

Would definitely rent again. The rental process, us checking out a similar RV prior to renting and the rental process was very smooth. RV was clean and well maintained.

We rented a medium sized RV for 6 weeks from 31 May. Pick-up was good with transfer from our hotel on time. We had even arranged for our daughter to accompany us at short notice and by and large everything was ready. We were supplied the usual sort of things for use of the RV. But I thought that the inclusion of levelling blocks, an axe and a small shovel was a great idea, and something that other rental agencies don't provide.

The unit worked well over the whole trip and we found it a very convenient way to see Canada. Our trip took us from Vancouver where we headed for the Rockies via Whistler. From there we headed to the far east of Alberta for a Rodeo, then into Saskatchewan travelling as far south as the Moose Jaw area. From there we headed back towards Vancouver, skirting the border with USA. The highlights for us were the mountains, numerous National and Provincial parks, waterfalls, the prairies, badlands, and of course the friendly Canadian people we met along the way.

Returning the RV was easy and efficient along with the transfer to our hotel. The people at the Coquitlam depot were very accommodating, efficient and friendly to deal with. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend Meridian RV for your holiday rental.

I purchased a used tent trailer from Meridian RV and had an amazing experience. Chris and Bob provided excellent service through the sales process and Johnny did a very thorough walk through with me. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Meridian RV again.

I am adding to this review as I just returned the trailer I purchased for service. Scott in the service department got me in quickly and kept in touch with me step by step as they worked through the trailer. Excellent service, thank you Meridian!

Very very very disappointed with the unfriendly cold manager there. Arrived on Friday for picking up our van at 3pm but due to some delays in our flight we arrived at 3:25pm so we thought there should be no problem to pick it up anyways since we sent an email at 2:30pm to inform them that we will be late. The manager simply told us no and to come back the next Monday. While she knew perfectly that we would lose 3 precious days for our long trip she couldn't do an exception and stay 25 more minutes. Also she did not offer ANY help for accommodation (and it was Canada day so everything was full or very expensive), she asked us to pay for the 3 days on which we did NOT use the van nor even see it at all. She told that the next Monday they would come and pick us up at our hotel to come to their office but guess what, the driver was 35 minutes late. Of course, there was no issue to make us wait for her and she did not even mention it or apologized!!!!
Would not recommend this place. They are not trying to help people or at least be nice and flexible for tourists who crossed the world to come to their place.

My relationship with this company was great until I moved into my RV and started noticing some MAJOR issues - broken fridge, leaky toilet and shower frame, oven out by 100%, heating system is blockedto name only a few. I bought a 2016 in Aug and moved in September. 6 months later, they decide that I owe them money and are refusing to finish repairs. They have told me that they are sending my account to collections. STAY AWAY FROM MERIDIAN AT ALL COSTS.

Was at store with cash in hand to buy a trailer. Found the same Trailer at another dealershipsame Trailer down to all the same options. Meridian was asking 24500 for itother dealer asking 19500. I offered them 20000they said noat 24500 they told me it was a deal they said they won't match the other dealer and I should be happy they are giving me 3500 off 21500 is what they said they would take.don't seem to need my moneyI found a better unit eles where. Go somewhere eles were they truly appreciate you.

My husband and I have dealt with Meridian for the last two years.
We had a bad experience where rats ate the bottom of our trailer it was devastating to us the amount of damage that was done. The staff at Meridian were so great in helping us not only trying to keep the cost down but also the workmanship for the repair was done better than when we originally bought the trailer at another dealership . They kept us informed as the work was going on on a weekly basis. They've asked us to come in on a regular basis to see the progress that was being done to the repair job .
Ben at meridian was our main contact and he was extremely helpful as well as all the staff we thank you all very much for helping us and we give you a five star anytime .

Hi there! Just wanted to share my recent experience with Meridian RV.
We blew a tire on our fifth wheel trailer! The body damage to the trailer was extensive and ruined the holiday. Meridian was able to schedule us in and did a fabulous repair. We are back on the road.
If you are in need of a fix or a repair, these are the guys to do it! They know their stuff!
