Despite the "do not disturb" sign on the door, my room was made up, my personal possessions moved around and a pile of wet towels left on the floor for me. Not to mention the furry ice bucket, that was provided. When I called to complain I was assured the manager would call back. I've even followed up with an email after leaving now, and still no customer service or apology about these things at all. No one cares there and any thing goes.

Room wasn't too bad. Some of the furnishings were dated. TV was small, but didn't use it. Bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast had a limited selection, but was still better than nothing.

Excellent value for this hotel. Beautiful views from the ocean facing rooms! Extremely friendly staff, comfortable and well-appointed rooms. I would certainly make a point of staying here again.

Beautiful, high calibre roomsIf you're in the nice part of the hotel. Rooms over the Beacon Restaurant are fabulous; rooms in the motel-ish side are nice, clean, great view, but simple.

My mother wanted a cosy, inexpensive place to spend a couple of weeks. The Sidney Waterfront Inn & Suites is ideal for travelers wanting to see Sidney.

Sidney Waterfront Inn and Suites is a quaint hotel within walking distance to the downtown area while being situated facing the ocean. The hotel is older, but we'll taken care of, and the amenities are of 3 star quality. We enjoyed our stay.
