Stayed overnight at this hotel and attended a conference here. Professional, friendly staff and they always kept the coffee and water going. The food they provided at the conference had a good variety, the meeting rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel rooms were nice, clean and roomy. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Victoria :)

Great room, Great views. Used the pool and the spa, nice option. Client services were top notch as one of us had left a cell phone in the lobby bathroom and they looked for it and made sure it got sent back to the States!!

Stayed here during the business trip to Victoria. Location is very convenient for exploring downtown. The hotel has a great selection of amenities. The room has a nice kitchenette, the complimentary breakfast was decent with a limited selection. The bed was comfortable but the decor was dated and the bed frame was very squeaky.

It is an excellent place to stay. Rooms are so spacious with all kitchenettes available. Breakfast was very delicious. Room service was really very caring. Will love to visit in future.

The view from room 811 was spectacular! Overlooking the harbour, Empress Hotel and other buildings it was hard to take my eyes off. Being only a couple blocks from everything downtown was very convenient. The staff was very friendly. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast buffet could offer more variety. Would definitely come back.

    Such poor customer service!

I couldn't get to the hotel because of a lost wallet during a late flight. I had no credit card or enough money to take a cab or rent a car for the 50 minute ride.

I called the hotel front desk (Robert answered) and pleaded for a cancellation refund. My only option was to sleep at the Victoria Airport. I would have gladly taken the hotel room if only I could have gotten to it.

They refused and kept my room payment!

There are much more caring hotels to choose from.
    Stay away from this one

The hotel is very lovely, clean, and maintained. Here are the very few areas that I found lacking: No room safe. Lobby is separated from elevators by a wheelchair lift. The lift is well maintained, but the fact that the design requires a wheelchair lift is bothersome. No complimentary breakfast. Vic's is a fantastic dinner restaurant, but it charges 14 CAD where many other hotels provide breakfast gratis. Aside from that, decent hotel. I would stay here again if it was 20 CAD cheaper than one with a breakfast.

The penthouse suite is extremely comfortable and offers a lovely view of the harbour. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is very tasty and is a great way to start off the day.

I myself have stayed at the Harbour Towers Hotel. I have recommended that my friends also stay on several occasions. Convenient location, good service packed with photo opportunities! Good value for your money with a shuttle service.

Great breakfast, and the rooms have two bedrooms. They have a reasonable gym and a swimming pool. Only problem is that you can't change TV input if you brought a media player, and the WiFi is a little slow occasionally. Overall it's pretty good.
