  Had truck tires installed last October and over the course of 7 months vehicle developed shimmy. I took it in today and explained what was going on and within the hour Gordon had rotated and balanced wheels at no charge to me. Vehicle runs nice and smooth. Thanks very much for attentive service and customer care. I will be continuing business with them on any future tire needs and would recommend them highly to anyone who is considering trying them out.

  Got 4 tires put on. So out of balance that your hands would go numb driving. Took it back and they did fix for free and admitted 3 tires were badly balanced. So I was happy enough. Next day I thought I had a rock in brake as it was making a noise from front. Found out all the wheel nuts were finger tight. Fine after I tightened but would definitely not go back.

  Absolutely terrible service. The managers there seem like really hate their jobs. Very abrasive personalities. 2 service desk guys were ok to deal with, but I waited there from 9:30 to 3:15 to have a set of tires put on. All they had to do was tell me to come back the next day and I would have, but they kept saying "not long".

  DO NOT GO HERE!!!! DECENT PRICE NOT WORTH THE SAFETY OF YOUR FAMILY!!! Could have caused my family GREAT injury.
  Had new tires installed this past Saturday. Driving same day on Circle Dr and my front driver side tire almost fell off.
  Had it checked - was told I was very lucky nothing happened - tire was extremely loose and no way it was torqued properly. Back passenger side tire loose as well.
  Talked to manager who was not helpful.
  WILL NEVER GO BACK! INCAPABLE INSTALLERS AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

  After having my tires switched over all 4 rims are gouged up and some small slices in side wall. Thanks guys 👎👎👎👎👎
