  Took our daughter to go bowling and she was sick so we didn't end up staying long. They offered us to come back and play free our next time. This was very nice

  Horrible service, lady literally picked up a mop when we're about to order. After she was being all fast and pleasantly nice with numerous people before us. Never again.

  Went here after being treated crappy at the alley a few blocks from here. Fairhaven bowl was great Great service, great atmosphere, and friendly staff.

  Poor customer service from multiple staff members. According to the website, the restaurant is open Monday-Friday from 5:30 to close, but when we arrived at 6 pm, it was closed. We asked a staff member if it would be opening and she explained in a rude tone of voice that "Obviously it's closed until the new year." The 10 pin bowling lanes we played on had multiple issues and made numerous errors. Very disappointed in this place.

  Just had my stores Christmas party at this location and was a ton of fun. Would recommend to anyone.
