Good food, fits the hamburger stand, and deep fried foods section. Part food court, part self-service, but a decent place to feed the family.

Food and milkshake was very mediocre. Nothing special. Service was nice though and there is a nice variety of gelatos.

I used to be a big fan of Jerry's, but the last few visits were a bit disappointing food coming out cold, wrong orders being brought, and the buns tasting stale and feeling dry. Plus side is the gelatto there is still amazing!

Never again. "Veggie" wrap had chicken in it. Instantly garbage for a vegetarian. Kids quesadilla was just cheese, no veggies (as it states it has). Kids meals are meant to come with dessert and drink. 50/50 chance of your kid actually getting the dessert. And always have to remind the staff that a drink COMES with the kids meal. What was meant to be a nice treat for the household was a waste of hard earned cash. This was already Jerry's second chance for our household. Never going again.

Just ok. Burgers are plain and the fries don't taste very good as if they are under a heat lamp for a long time.

Very dirty restaurant. Tried ordering ice cream but the staff member was not happy about helping us (we were the only ones in line). Walked into the bathroom then walked right out, very gross and smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. This place has gone downhill hard in the last few years

Service was questionable. It wasn't until I commented that I'd received the "worst service ever" that the acting manager, a kid who looked like he was still in high school, interacted with me.
I have specific dietary needs. Nothing complicated. I'm allergic to whole wheat bread & was assured by the order taker that a white bun would be used for my burger. It was not. When questioned, I learned that JERRY'S does not use white bread Period. When questioned, the young manager boy, was very empathetic. I explained that I'm (clearly) not the only person in the world to have this allergy. I went on to explain that in years past, I'd never had an issue. Now I do.
I ate with my mother who does not have any allergies, but was quite disappointed with the fish & chips she had. The fries were crispy & delicious, but her fish was greasy and overcooked. We received money back on my burger that never came back due to NO white bread. My mother did not complain to management about the terrible fish.
The food quality at the 8th Street E. location has suffered a great deal. I don't know if it's across the board or because it's mostly children working the kitchen.
I used the bathroom before departing and. 😬 it was horrible. I've used a lot of roadside gas station bathrooms, but none have ever smelled SO BAD. I'm told the ladies room was no picnic either.
This is a restaurant that received a "makeover" a few years ago, but you would never know it. A coat of paint on the walls does not make any sort of improvement, if the food quality & service sucks.
Will I ever go back? My mother might, but I don't forgive so easily. As long as I still draw breath, I will NEVER step foot into that JERRY'S location.

I purchased a veggie burger and sweet potato fries. The veggie burger "patty" was just mushactually seemed more like pate and didn't keep its form if it even had one to begin with. Very sloppy. Wouldn't recommend. Disappointed.

Decided to try something new with the family. The service is terrible. Hard to hear the guy behind the counter. You have to get your own water its not served. The burger was plain, supposed to be bbq but I didn't taste much apart from the onions. The bacon on the burger was the only part i slightly enjoyed. My onion rings were mediocre at best. It was more expensive for my family to come here instead of other burger joints by nearly $20. I definitely don't recommend here at all.

Goto fudruckers, its wayyyyyy better. Ive eaten here twice, and left unsatisfied both times.
Its dirty and gross because of the ugly tables and chairslooks like they were purchased second hand. Its yuk all the way. Shame on you Jerry

We just went for ice cream. For a tiny bowl it was $4 or so. Prices seem high. The ambience is nice and they seem to have good options for meals. I used to love coming here before it was renovated - it was a nice casual place. Once I try an actual meal, my rating might change.

Staff were wonderful. Amazing gelato. Food was pretty disappointing. Buns looked freezer burnt.

Been there 3 times in the last 6 months and haven't been impressed any of the times. First time I got beef dip to go but they didn't include the sauce you dip the sandwich in and by then I was already home. The sandwich and fries alone were dry and cold. I called them and asked for a refund but they said that they would give me a free meal. I was pleased with that until I went in again. I got the same meal and although it was fresh, it was soggy and there was way too much salt and gravy on my fries. Once again I was displeased but I knew they wouldn't refund my money and just offer me another free meal. Today I went there again and got the bacon cheddar burger. The burger tasted like it was from superstore. The bacon was all fat. My fiancé got the wild salmon burger with onion rings and the salmon was beyond over cooked. The onion rings were way over battered and soggy. So disappointed and I didn't bother asking for my money back because I knew I wouldn't and just get offered a free meal.
