  Horrible service, ordered a costume through them, was promised they would get it in in about 2 weeks and call me when it was there, I waited and waited and waited, it had been three weeks, I had called a few times in between to see if it was there, they said no, then I called 3 weeks exactly they said they had tried calling me multiple times and it went to voicemail, little did they know I labelled "Halloween Universe" in my phone so when they would try calling me I would know to answer them right away, and I don't even have voicemail so i'm not sure how they got the whole "it just went to voicemail" thing, I do not like being lied to, and I feel like I was lied to about this whole situation, I know they had the correct phone number as I confirmed it on paper when I had left the store, don't order through them if you just want to be lied to.
