Was completely ignored Asked the guy how is day was going not even a response. 5 minites standing there goes by he is right into his computer, Finally he starts to speak as some other customers walk up. He told me oh just a minute let me help my friends. I needed a brake light so i would not had taken long.. He kept talking to them from a extended amount of time while finally another employee helped me. Paul was his name almost seemed like the manager but would be a odd way for a manager or anyone to handle a customer.

Staff is disrespectful to veterans.

The staff are knowledgeable and efficient. Many parts are in stock, and they can search other stores if stock is unavailable. They also can bring in parts that are not commonly called for in about two days.

I'm always on Hold for 10-15Mins. Sometimes even 20. And when they finally answer they are sooo rude the way they talk. They need new staff
