Made the drive from Regina to Saskatoon for a used vehicle. Dealing with Lindsay Keys was the best car buying experience I've ever had. This girl knows her stuff & got us to where we were happy with our purchase price. Friendly dealership overall - Lindsay, sales manager Francis & finance manager Bill all stayed afterhours to help get us on our way in our new ride! Great service, very recommended!

Oakwood provided us with the ideal vehicle for our needs. My family and I love our 2016 Nissan Versa Note, for tooling around town but also for longer journeys. It hugs the road. Its back seat is roomy and secure, so that my little grandson is always happily ensconced in his car seat, enjoying the view -- even when two adults are also sitting back there. Who knew such a compact car could have such a roomy interior?

Wonderful experience dealing with Oakwood Nissan, my wife got the car she wanted and at a great price. The best part of the entire transaction was the young lady Lindsay Keys (sales) who was INCREDIBLE!!!. It was such a pleasure dealing with her and she worked SO hard to get my wife the best deal possible and for that, we will continue to purchase only through her and her dealership in the future. Thank you Oakwood Nissan. I am always on the look out for good deals and good service. I experienced both of those when I visited Lindsay Keys at Oakwood Nissan. I have to be honest, I am not currently in the market for a new vehicle, but I knew Lindsay and I wanted to see some of the things she was doing there. She gave me a tour of the facility and let me tell you, this girls can talk cars. She showed me the new Nissan Titan and I was in love. Even though I wasn't buying a vehicle that day, Lindsay insisted we go for a test drive, and I am glad we did. I am excited for my next visit to Oakwood Nissan, because it will be when I upgrade my vehicle. Thanks again

I had my previous vehicle totaled. I was looking for a new vehicle. I decided to look at the Oakwood Nissan. Best decision I could have made! The people at Nissan are in no way pushy. They are there to help you decide what will be your best fit. This experience was totally unexpected from beginning to end. These people really do want to satisfy and go above and beyond to make it enjoyable and make you feel this was a good decision on your part. The care, compassion, patience and kindness expressed by Michael, Chris and Francis was unbelievable!! I could go on and on about how I was treated, but if you are looking for a vehicle I will not say any more I don't want to ruin your surprises and fun. You go and experience it for yourself, you will not be disappointed!!

I had such a wonderfully positive experience at Oakwood Nissan. I went in to make my first vehicle purchase and had a specific budget I wanted to stick to, as I'm a student. The staff was all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Dave and Chris did a fantastic job helping me find a wonderful car, and making a finance plan that worked for me. As a first time buyer, they made the process easy and were happy to explain anything I had questions about.
As for my Micra, it's fabulous. I couldn't be happier with the decision they helped me make.
I would highly recommend Oakwood to anyone in need of a new vehicle, or to first time buyers.

She answered all of my questions and took her time to explain the purchase process to me as this was my first time buying a vehicle. Great experience.

Greetings future car owners,
You want a positive, professional and welcoming sales experience. Unfortunately, this dealership is not for you. Initial communications with the agent gave the picture of a great deal for a 30,000 plus dollar vehicle. However, when we arrived travelling from another city the experience changed. We looked at the vehicle and anything of our concern was quickly minimized or responded with the attitude of it being a foolish question. If a person has an allergic reaction to pet dander and I'm asking if the vehicle was pet free, the response should be yes or no. In this instance the response was that the vehicle is used. Obviously it was, but that was not why we asked the question. Let's remember the 30,000 plus price tag. Which in conversation was seen as little in comparison to a new vehicle that was worth 80,000. Not the best strategy to be comparing the two. There was a ding on the front of the vehicle which was painted over with what appeared to be slapped on paint. Poor attempt to hide the defect. Near the end of negotiations, the agent informs she forgot to speak about the accidents the vehicle has been involved with. Which again was minimized. Transparency is important and this will make any agent appear less than honest. We were only trying to focus on the vehicle and not the awkwardness of the sales agent or the sale in general. Liked the vehicle, but the stress to get it was not a great or comforting journey. I will say, the agent is knowledgeable about vehicles. However, the overall experience was poor. The two people who are aware of positive customer service were the insurance agent and the lady at the front desk. We walked away feeling at odds and unsatisfied. We will not recommend this dealership to anyone or purchase another vehicle from them again.

I recently purchased a 2017- Titan from Oakwood Nissan and would highly recommend both the dealership and the truck!! We had a great sales experience with Bob Hanson, he was very knowledgeable about the truck and made sure we understood all the features of the vehicle before we drove it off the lot. I have been very impressed with the fuel economy of the Titan and the power of the 5.6L V8 engine! The smooth ride and quiet cab are a nice change from my previous 2016 - 1500 pickup truck. Nice to see Nissan got it right with this truck!!

I went in to look at vehicles yesterday. The salesman called me back about an hour and half later with what I considered to be a fairly significant price drop. So with all the information I had been given at the time by the salesman, I believed I was getting a deal on an inspected car, with 30 days bumper to bumper warranty and that the price he was now negotiating was significantly less then the posted price. I considered that current price drop against the other vehicles I was looking at and went in. I liked the idea that it was inspected thoroughly and came with 30 days warranty. I thought they were willing to come to a decent price on the vehicle. Only after the salesman took an all in price to the manager did he come back with an offer from the manager that was their best deal and I could walk away that day by making a one time payment that was less then 1.6 % off of the initial posted price, which equals out to an extremely small amount off and was hardly anything close to the price on the phone. The discount was dramatically lower then the offer he spoke to me about on the phone. I waisted my time going back there when I could have been looking for another vehicle. I had been told it had gone through an inspection and that it had 30 days bumper to bumper warranty to begin with. Then, when they came back with their best offer it was 1.6% off of the posted price and I was told the inspection had not been taken place yet, therefore, the only way to get a better offer from them was to have them not do any inspection and provide no warranty. I was a big fan of Nissan, however, my experience at this specific dealership has really turned me off. How I could go from having such a large price drop over the phone to then being told their best final price was only 1.6% off a used car was a real waste of time. I want to be clear that I am a very positive person and that I cannot remember ever writing a negative review. However, I felt like I was treated very poorly in this particular situation. The salesman told me there was nothing he could do and that the price he provided was the best his manager would give.
