  You can buy any book cheaper online since they only buy from the most expensive distributors. Their return policy is a joke and they straight up lie to you about they buyback. Most employees say you should get half back but you're lucky if you get a quarter back. They say they won't accept return on books that are bent slightly but then they sell you books that are bent. You'd save money by just going online and buying the books there, I've saved over $100 on some books by doing that. What a joke.

  They tell you 1-2 business days for you to get an email to pick up your online order, sometimes 3 if busy. Yet when you call after 3 business days you cannot get in touch with them, they have a number that automatically hangs up on you. We pay too much money for tuition and books to have such horrible service. If you all are busy, hire more people.

  The only damn reason i would go here is because of the lab manuals and access codes, better buy used books or go search online for them you will get them at less than half the price they are outrageously expensive here!
