The new owner is amazing! I own a nearby business and bring all 6 of my trucks to get service here. Ed is very honest and truly puts a lot of effort into this business. Every job I have brought to him has been done correctly on the first try.

My father has taken his BMW to them to do some repair on the motor, Sapperton messed up the whole engine and refused to fix it. They also refused to refund almost over $3000.00 that they were already collecting and car ended up being taken to BMW dealership service after wasting time and the money.

Used these guys for an inspection of a Ford F150 that I was buying from someone in the area. Having bought the truck on the basis of the inspection from Sapperton Autos I later found one of the rear suspension leaf's was broken and zipped tied together. I can't understand how such a big thing was missed. I would have asked for a lower price on the sale or potentially not bought the truck had this been picked up on.

I called Sapperton autos about this today. I was told initially that there was no way the mech would have missed it, I insisted he did and asked for a partial or full refund of the $142 inspection. They refused, only offering to "help" with a repair as a gesture of goodwill. They are a 5 hour round trip for me so getting a repair with them is not an option.

I really don't understand how such a big thing could have been missed and why they wouldn't take responsibility for the mistake. A refund of an hours labour is not a big ask considering how much the repair will cost me.

they pointed out that it could have happened since the inspection but you can clearly see that the zip tie repair bodge has been in place for some time. I offered to send photo's of the truck, with plates, VIN etc. but they were not interested and still refused to refund.

I would advise anyone considering using Sapperton auto's to reconsider. They messed up the inspection and refused to do anything about it afterwards.

    Bait and switch.
They said they would fix the A/C on my gf's Jeep.
They couldn't because the repair is $1200.
    They still charged the $150
    Not trustworthy at all.
