It was a great hotel friendly staff, Just really DIDN'T LIKE how house keeping and other staff going in and out of rooms would leave latches in doors and let them !!SLAM!! closed definitely not nice to the ears especially when you have a 1year old who naps during house keeping hours! We were there a total of four nights and 5 days of listening to that everyday was NOT good!

The rooms were pretty decent and the service was very friendly but I found the price very high considering the location. They Hmmmmmdo you know what tomorrow is? ?? alot to have dogs stay. Not much of a Continental breakfast offering. ..coffee, tea and granola bars some apples. For the price it was disappointing.

Bathroom was dated and looked as if it possibly had water damage. Comfortable and clean enough, but nothing special. They did leave a little welcome gift which was thoughtful and brought up the rating. Otherwise I would have rated 3 stars.

Rooms were nice with everything needed and normally expected there. Internet was fast. The shower almost didn't work in the morning however.

Great location in West end of Calgary across from Canada Olympic Park. Easy access to Trans-Canada highway and short drive to downtown. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. 24 hour Denny's attached, several other restaurants within a block walk.

We stayed here just for one night while passing through Calgary. Had 2 dogs with us and checked in pretty late. Front desk was very helpful in checking us in and out. The room we had was king bed and kitchenette. Everything was clean and looked pretty modern. Thanks Sandman!

Room was in disrepair. Wallpaper peeling. Needs some attention. Clean regardless. View of the mountain. Dennys is attached to the building located close to alot of amenities. Service was alright though I had some mis information between booking online and my arrival

Had a one night stay, enjoyed the rooms and aesthetic of the hotel. The waiters at the lounge downstairs could have used a extra pair of hands. The bathroom for the lounge was beautiful but it could use some attention to cleanliness. On first sight all seemed fine, but there was grime in the stalls. Good stay overall.
