We had a fabulous king suite with jacuzzi. Every thing was wonderful. The pool and hot tub were great, and the breakfast buffet was tasty. All over great experience

Well appointed and clean rooms with comfortable need. Convenient USB charging on the night stand. Would be 5 stars with a complimentary Continental breakfast But they do have an on site restaurant with room service, and there is plenty of fast food nearby for grab and go breakfast.

This is an exceptional hotel The rooms are large and attractive with extremely comfortable beds. The restaurant is also very attractive and has interesting and delicious food offerings. Craft beers, great wine selection and interesting cocktails are also featured. There is a daily breakfast buffet worth considering. This SPG hotel will leave you rested and smiling.

Great rooms: clean, quiet and modern with very comfortable beds. The staff are friendly & helpful. The hotel has many amenities: in room and throughout the hotel (spa, business center, hair & nail salon, gift shop, pool, sauna, etc). Parking is free.

Helpful friendly staff. I saved a ton of cash on their zoo package (basically got 4 zoo tickets for $30. ) Close to lots of stuff to do, nice views and balconys with the rooms. Pool could have been cleaner, quite a bit of stuff floating around and all around the edges was dirty. Rooms were clean though, comfortable beds. Restaraunt has decent food but is over priced with POOR service.

Generally nice hotel and most of the staff were friendly. The room service was terrible. The person who cleaned the room did not even make an effort to make the bed!! The indent in the pillows from where we had slept was still there. The best place about the hotel is the spa. I go there regularly to get massages and the service there is top notch.

Nice place. Has a pool, it's only about 4 ft deep but nice to swim in. Also a water slide. I liked having a mc Donald's across the street for breakfast.

It's a really nice hotel with good services. It is also very convineint if you have to or want to go to the Olympic arena. Great pool and hot tub with a nice workout room.

It is a pleasant and serene place for accommodation and conferences. Good and hospitable staffs and also nice cuisines. Simply put, its home away from home.

It was strictly a business conference. Food was good. Staff was friendly. They were a bit noisy at times with plates etc while people were speaking when they could have closed doors to hide noise but otherwise everything was great. They could put signs out to help you navigate to the appropriate conference room as well.

Great experience. The room exceeded our expectations. The room had real coffee with real creamer, none of that powdered stuff (Which you rarely see - I like my coffee). Also complimentary bottles of water. Rooms have balconys which was really nice. Late check out was nice (12:00 pm) We ordered room service and wow- food was some of the best we've had on our trip.
