I had a very positive experience at this hotel. Staff were very friendly. I was travelling with my dog and they were very accommodating and even provided a doggie treat bag when we checked in. Staff also came to pet the dog and she enjoyed the attention. Very good place if travelling with pets. Room was clean and comfortable. It actually had good lighting instead of the useless lamps in most hotels. The restaurant in the hotel was also good. I would stay here again when travelling to Calgary.

Went here for Sunday Brunch and as far as we're concerned it's the best brunch in Calgary! Everything from the breakfast choices to the lunch items are delicious and the variety of desserts is great!

At the hotel for a conference. Temperature of the conference room varied widely. Need to dress in more layers the next couple days. Bathrooms were clean. Hotel staff allowed me use of a microwave to heat my lunch I brought with me - that was nice.

The front desk personnel especially Chad were magnificent and went out his way to accommodate us. Very clean property, and pleasant staff. Great rates!

Pretty good, front desk was very personable. Breakfast isn't included but the food is better, rooms were very nice and clean, housekeeping never visited though and my room key kept failing. Bathroom sink or tap smelled really bad, not sure why. Fitness area is better than most hotels

I have attended numerous trainings at this hotel and find it is one of the best. Within 10 minutes of the airport and downtown. Easy access off of Barlow Trail. Well laid out with front and back doors near the main conference room. Restaurant and washrooms are steps away and the conference room it's self is well lit, nicely decorated and comfortable in every way. Topped off with very friendly responsive staff. If the sessions I am looking to attend are running in multiple locations will always choose this one even though it is across the city from me. Parking can fill up quickly but check the back there is a little spot facing the hotel that people don't realize is there that usually has a space or two.

Nice clean large hotel with Conference centre, bar, restaurant, free parking. Very convenient location if you're driving - they have an airport shuttle and a car rental company on site. Staff have all been friendly and supportive. WiFi is easy and works well. There is no guest laundry. The elevators are slow. The TV remote doesn't work well. Overall a very good experience. I'd return here and I will look for Executive Royal elsewhere when I travel.

Loved staying at this hotel! I so very much recommend this hotel to dog owners! Our Frankie was welcomed with a pet package including treats, poopie bags and brief instructions - there is a designated, very large area for dogs to do their job. He even got a toy! The room was nice a clean. The furniture was slightly outdated and the fridge doesn't contain any beverages or snacks to purchase which I found odd. Other than that really nice hotel!

Great location close to lots of great restaurants, and the downstairs restaurant has a decent Caesar salad! The room was a good size and I liked the laminate floors over carpet. Staff at the front desk were helpful.

Easily the best hotel experience we've ever had with our dog! The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our dog was greeted with open arms. The pet fee is cheap and the nice people gave the dog a gift bag! Such a wonderful place, we will be back.

This review is about their buffet. It had a nice selection but the quality of some of the products was poor. The scrambled eggs were rubbery and tested more of fish than eggs.

They have a decent gym and steam showers. No complimentary breakfast, not many food options that are walking distance from here. There is a restaurant in the lobby. Room quality is average. The rooms are spacious. There's a business Centre with computers and a printer. Printing is free with complimentary water bottles in the fridge. There's also a large desk where you can have a business meeting or meet a client there.

The rooms are a good size, have fridges and microwaves in the room. The rooms have hard wood floors and soft beds. The hotel is in an area with a lot of restaurants and shops in walking distance. There is a train that is a fifteen minute walk that will take you downtown. The restaurant in the hotel has a decent selection and the prices aren't bad. The hotel shuttle will only take you between the hotel and the airport, but there is an Avis car rental at the hotel for pretty cheap.
