Good location near the airport, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful and polite. A water hammer lole noise from above my room caused me to lose some sleep one night but was gone the next night. No breakfast.

Friendly staff and a warm atmosphere. They even upgraded our rooms for free due to our situation having had our flights cancelled and having to check in late till our early flight out. The rooms were clean and cozy with all the usual amenities.

Excellent service. Most comfortable bed I have slept in in a very long time. Front end staff were all excellent at their job and very friendly. Only one complaint and it was my fault. Housekeeping woke me on the one morning I wanted to sleep in. But I did FORGET to put the do not disturb on the door. The coffee in room was better than ever expected (Seattle's Best ) but refrigerator was a little too cold drink froze in less than 2 hours. Would definitely recommend this place.

Stayed in the brand new tower and it is very posh. Full apartment style suite with modern decide. Every detail was obviously considered and the quality of the craftsmanship is amazing. I was surprised at how much hotel o got for the rate! Would stay there again in a minute.

My stay at this hotel for business was a disappointment. There was a ton of noise upstairs, and I am out here doing training so it was difficult to concentrate. The room smelled like mould and/or feces. The bathroom was filthy, I found hair all over my floor and bathtub. I wanted a bath so I cleaned the tub before I did that. The lighting in the rooms is TERRIBLE! I get that they're trying to be environmentally friendly by using efficient bulbs, but there are other options. I could not see my face well enough to do my hair and makeup before my class in the meeting room. I am not the only one who felt that way. The rooms were dark, and for a corporate king, I did not find the value in it. On the positive side, guest services were very friendly, the bed and bedding were very comfortable.

Tryed to charge a 250.00 a night charge
Would not take debt or cash for deposit
Staff was rude dont go there
A woman taking care of a disabled child in front vestabule scraped his knees til they bled they dif nothing

this hotel was my worst expieriance with any hotel ive ever had. the first impression was just how narrow the corridors were. entering the room was terrible. the room smelled awful and the door didnt even close properly. the breakfast is an apple, coffee, and water. we asked for a bedsheet for extra warmth to sleep as the only extra blanket they had was a piece of sponge. they gave us 4 pillow cases. this is the worst hotel ive ever been in and i will never go back. do not recommend to any one

This Sandman is one of the best of it's kind. Everything from guest room cleanliness and working order to staff competence and professionalism is well above the performance of other Sandman Hotels and a lot of other hotels as well. Compliment to the entire team!

Very friendly staff, very quick service: we arrived early and they found a room for us quite quickly! Room was comfortable, but I do not believe they serve breakfast.

The staff and managers here at the (Sandman Hotel ) they are

It was a little pricier than I was initially expecting, given the other nearby amenities. Suitable in a big way for persons on business trips, (it was quite striking) but less so for weary travelers who are just seeking a night's rest.

The room was comfortable,nice bed nice bedding, felt like they take pride in keeping it pretty clean. There are nice restaurants, but exterior noise from construction at 2 am interrupted my sleep 4 nights in a row. Also noticed stray hairs in bedding, curtains, towels. In the bathroom it was clean and a good size but the bath tap and shower head were OLD and difficult to use, and the caulking around the tub is crumbling away giving space for mold to grow.

Hotel is nice enough. Rooms comfortable. Old bathtub that leaks continually with old not update air conditioning/heating units. Power to hotel was out when 1st arrived with no access to elevators. Seemed back up generator wasn't working. Had to wait a couple of hours to get to my room. Over all stay was okay.
