What was promised was an absolute lie - credits were never applied - stuck on contract. This is a dealer store - other rogers stores are more reliable (go to arbutus and broadway for better service). Customer service has now suggested I have to get my credit from the store but the employee that promised it no longer works there. I was basically scammed at this location. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Staff was alright, had good intentions but did not help me. He didn't know about the service I was asking more info about so he bull shitted about it, pretending to know, until I left.
Called Rogers the next day to get myself set up, but would rather have done it in store and in person.
For all you customer service folks out there, it's okay to say you don't know the answer.response / report this review -

I was referred by my colleague to Rogers on Burrard and my experience was great! Imran was very helpful and very quick getting my phone set up. He switched all my information over for me and even helped me set up my email so i could go about my day! I am not going anywhere but to these guys! I recommend going to see them as they know how to treat a customer! A++

I went to go see Jared about a new phone. He helped me pick the best one for me, let me try any I wanted. He was knowledgeable and really wanted to make sure I got a good phone. He set me up on my plan and said to check my first bill and if anything was wrong to let him know and he'd deal with it for me. I have never bought a phone before from someone who cared as much as he did.
