i came in with a price match Canadian Retailer price ads and they did not honor their price matching policy. It indicated on their website saying " offer the Guaranteed Lowest Prices in North America" and "a competitor's ad where you find a lower advertised price, and we will match the difference immediately". Be aware only buy the item on the day of sale instead after.

Couldn’t find a sandbag anywhere in Vancouver, the fitness depot had them and so much more! Had some really cool things in here so I’ll come back for sure. Prices were pretty cheap and the guys here are super friendly and helpful as well. 😊

Briefly, I should say: "Great Experience with staff and products." Here is my full story. I recently found this place online and by the reviews about the customer service, I was a bit hesitant to go there. But because of the amazing stuff and prices I saw on the website, I finally went there with about 25 Items on my list and a lot of questions. Both staff on the floor were very busy talking to customers,so I waited a bit. But when it was my turn, I absolutely understood why some people might say the staff ignored them. They are so patient, and give you undivided attention to make sure they give you best advice. In my case, even he stopped me from buying things that were unnecessary. I left with 5 things from my list and even he explained a lot of things to me. very friendly, patient and fair. I strongly recommend the place. But please allocate enough time for your visit.

AMAZING SERVICE. After an unscrupulous contractor lost my weight stack pin (from an old gym ) I thought I was screwed. But they went to the end of the earth to find me one and provided it at no charge. There competitors at FT couldn't be bothered to help me even though the equipment was a brand they sell. Spend your fitness dollars here !!
