Needed a poster print job done quickly. I called at 10am on a Sunday, and it was ready by noon. Staff was friendly and professional, and the printing looks great! I was hesitant after reading the other reviews, but my experience was perfect.

Waited in line for 20 minutes at really 'not-so-busy-time" to drop off a package. Only 1 guy attending to customers. And the guy he was helping seemed brainless. On top of that, 4 FedEx people were just standing in the background looking at me and chatting with each other. Terrible.

Been coming in here for a while. There's a guy who works here named Jacob who is fantastic. Extremely helpful. I see reviews saying that this place has poor service but I've never experienced that at this location. I do think the costs can stack up quickly but when you need it done what are you gonna do.

Awful costumer service. Regina, is the most rudest, passive aggressive, manager I've seen. She disrespects costumers and get's mad if you ask anything related with shipping or printing.
She made several mistakes and blamed me for them. I strongly recommend shipping at other location.

Terrible customer service. I am moving from Vancouver to Ontario and had a couple questions about shipping out some boxes out through FedEx. I called and was directed to customer service where I spoke to a extremely rude woman who spoke very condescendingly to me (I was just asking if they were able to come to my apt unit to pick up the boxes or if I had to take them outside for pickup as they are heavy)- she told me they were not a delivery service (which I am aware of, I was just asking what I was expected to do when they came to pick up the boxes). Oh and the best part is I had another question to ask and she hung up on me while I was talking. I am a person who does not like or instigate confrontation so I was completely surprised by how rude and unhelpful she was.

Glad this location stays open so late. I needed to send a fax one night (don't get me started on why they needed it to be faxed and not scanned & emailed) and luckily for me FedEx was open and the fax machine was easy to use.

A bit pricey, I was sending to the States, which is charged at the "International" rate. OK, it is international, but how does it cost just as much to send a fax across the border as around the world. Anyway, I was able to get it done, so it was worth it to me.
