Great location. Somewhat dated and rooms a tad gloomy but v clean. Shower pressure not good. Some staff a little cold, others v nice. Handy shuttle service to downtown.

Clean and spacious room. Conveniently located near Stanley Park and Safeway. Excellent Asian food options in the neighborhood. The staff were courteous and provided excellent customer service. Definitely bang for the buck.

Only stayed for 1 night but found our room to be a very good self contained unit.
Friendly reception staff, free parking with clean room and comfy beds. All the usual amenities were included in the room and we had an enjoyable stay.

The location is excellent only a short walk to Stanley Park or a pleasant 30 minute walk to the taxi boat and Granville Island.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Everything was fantastic, from the comfortable rooms, to the knowledgeable staff, that helped us plan our one day in Vancouver, and even the breakfast that got us ready to go to the ferry.

Room was big enough, if not too big, for two people. Location wise, this hotel is located near many tourist attractions, such as Stanley Park. However, if you are from north east Asia, you may not like the location, the Robson street, because whenever you go out, you will hear Chinese, Japanese and Korean, and it doesn't really feel like you are in Canada.

Location right off Robson a few blocks away the busiest core of the city. Underground parking was easy and secure. Service was good and accommodating. Suites met every need, though the TV unfortunately had some noise in the signal and could not be watched, the kettle had a weird taste (but I'm glad there's a hot water kettle), and I couldn't really figure out the heat in the bedroom. The water pressure of the showers was excellent as well. Overall, would recommend especially for longer stays! Oh, the bedding was a little short; feet are sticking out of the blanket for a 5'10" person.

Amazing view, affordable rooms, gracious hosts, spacious rooms and we loved the full kitchen! It was in a good area, downtown but not too sketchy, and was perfect for a weekend stay when both work and fun play an important role. I would 100% stay here again.

Location was great with a short walk to downtown. Conveniently located next to plenty of great restaurants and shopping. Parking garage was secure. The room was immaculate.
