Dealing with Phantom Screens Okanagan was an excellent experience from my first phone call to get information about the product to having the screens installed. The installer was friendly, efficient and cleaned up everything before leaving.

Soon after getting the screens installed, I thought one of the screens was not working properly. Phantom Screens sent their repair person out as soon as possible. She was knowledgeable and pleasant, especially since there was nothing wrong with the screen, but something wrong with the operator (me). She was more than kind and encouraged me to contact Phantom Screens anytime I had a question.

I love my screens. I had two installed, one in the front and one in the back. They work beautifully and allow for a cool flow of fresh air in the house without any bugs getting in. I highly recommend Phantom Screens.

We like the product but it is a bit pricey. Installation was done well and the installer was quick, neat, and professional. We look forward to having our screens in place at the start of the season next year.

We love our Phantom Screen door! We were away when it was ready to be installed so we thought we would have to wait until we were home, but they were able to install it without us being there, he took a picture when he was finished and sent it to us! Fantastic job! We were able to leave the front door open all summer without worrying about bugs getting in, just a nice breeze! Totally recommend this company!
