Thought I was going to the one on Airport road when I booked. No elevator. Had to carry bags up stairs. Shuttle only runs on hour so was at airport way earlier than I wanted. They gave me a business card to call when I return land to get a ride back. Bed was ok. Not great. Bonus is not under flight path so quiet.
Updating after return - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Arrived at airport and got to pick up position I was told to be at before calling for pick up. Was told 10 minutes. Called back after waiting 40 minutes told another 10 minutes. Called back after waiting another 15 minutes told any minute. When shuttle arrived driver said he told hotel he was running late. Nobody apologized. Nobody took responsibility. Nobody asked how to make it right.
Will never ever set foot in this location again and soured against this chain because of it. I paid 200 for a service that I could have gotten more for less.response / report this review -

This is rated a two star but it is so much better than your typical two star! It is immaculate, rooms look upgraded, hot/cold air works, no musky smells, a lot of rooms have first floor access where you can park your car and unload through the room (you park for free too, ample parking), they have breakfast for $10 if you like, and 24 Hr. Airport shuttles!!! For anyone traveling into or out of the city for a couple days and looking for something affordable that doesn't translate to a shack, this is the place to go! Not our first time here and not disappointed. For 93 bucks a night, totally impressed!

Good hotel. "Lucky" the receptionist is friendly and accommodating. We are attending course at Prep Doctors every weekend which is across the street. Definitely we will keep booking room here till end of course in Feb 2018. Good job guys, and see u next weekend :)

Only in town for a couple of nights and needed a location close to the airport. This place was perfect, short cab ride to get here, plenty of restaurants a few minutes walk from the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, desk staff were friendly and our rate was good. If you need an airport hotel I can recommend this location.

Arrived an hour ago. Check-in was swift, and the desk clerk helped us select a room that was more suitable for our party. It's worthwhile to note that rooms with 2 beds are on the upper floor, and there is no elevator. We took a ground floor room with a queen bed and a sofa bed. The washroom is small but clean. An added bonus is the microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room. There are a few restaurants around as well which we'll check out tomorrow before heading to the airport. It's about 20 minutes to the airport from here.

The worst hotel ever never take you kids there I cannot believe city of missisaga Donot know about it
Unbelievable experience as soon as we walked in we the (guess )had to unplug the toilet. room was full of bugs we could not sleep police were called in and out , front desk not trained and they Donot Donot write down anything every hotel have a log book they Donot , we check out after 6 hours we were charged 200 for Smoking non of us smoke lol . That's so funny. So if you go to this hotel make sure your camera is on .response / report this review -

No frills. Was a loud night due to a hockey tournament in town, not helped by the fact there was a small gap above the door. That said, the restaurant was decent and for a single overnight stay it dud the trick.

Good location to travel to Hershey center/ Iceland for events. Relatively close to Pearson airport and downtown Mississauga. Room was a little small, and towel rack needed fixing. Breakfast was simple yet effective, including croissants and fruit. Overall, was a comfortable stay at this hotel.

Overall great Hotel. Reasonable price for the area. Lobby was clean and check in was easy. Did not have a newly renovated room but still it did not look too dated. Air conditioning unit was a little loud and seems inefficient. Room was very clean and comfortable. Allowed me to check out an hour late without any problem. Overall a great Hotel.
