  Ive been renting from these guys for a while now. Very happy with the service and cars are all brand new. Raquel is great and very helpful.
  I like that there are no surprises (bad ones) and there is always a family
  like atmosphere which I enjoy very much.

  Absolutely had a wonderful experience with this company. Perfect location, cheap prices, free parking and they gave us a great little car with excellent mileage. Tommy in the office was super helpful!!

  Hello, We've been renting cars from Pacific Car Rentals for a year, almost every other week, and they've got the best customer service in town. The staff has been always exceptionally friendly and they always went an extra mile to make us happy. Hats off to Raquel, she's been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend using Pacific Car Rentals !

  I have been looking into a number of companies in recent weeks in order to ease the process of renting a couple of vehicles this Summer. I decided to go with Pacific as a result of various reviews and because of their vast selection of vehicles I saw online. I found my experience to be prompt, professional and courteous, but most importantly easy. The staff answered all my questions and there was no delay in obtaining the car I had booked. The vehicle was very clean and was also the latest model, which included Bluetooth. I was even able to get a child seat for my son. Highly recommended, would use again without hesitation.   Quick, efficient service when I rented a vehicle over the weekend. I didn't fill up the car which I was just being lazy, so I paid a higher rate for fuel, but this was explained at the time of picking up the vehicle so no surprises there. Great vehicles, friendly staff and excellent service! Would totally recommend this company to others.

  Renting from Pacific car rentals was nothing but a breeze. Even before renting I was impressed that I spoke to an agent right away when I phoned, it wasn't a recording. The lady was very quick and efficient when I went in to pick up the vehicle. They upgraded me to a brand new fusion which was very kind. Overall very quick and friendly service. They do give a limit on Kms but its very reasonable as they have competitive rates. I found my new rental company that will be using from now on. Would recommend this company for sure.

  Needed a car rental for a day trip with the relatives and was recommended this company by a good friend.
  Have to say I was not disappointed! Friendly staff, and especially Tommy, was a great help in getting me set up with what I was looking for. Would definitely use them again next time and will recommend to my friends!

  Very good customer service, friendly staff, reasonable if not the cheapest car rental prices and no hidden fees. I recommend it 100%, wouldn't go anywhere else!

  We rented a car for a couple days in Vancouver and recommend this car rental. Easy check in and the girl at the front was very nice and helped us get the right car. We even got to park the car in the lot there over night which was handy for us to pick up the car at anytime of day. Both guys who showed us the cars were great and got us on our way fast checking the car in and out. Thanks so much and it is a pleasure to recommend a company like yours to others looking for a rental car in Vancouver.
