OK, first of all it's so fancy and nice in there, and you're treated like royalty.
I went there with barely any knowledge and my consultant, Deanna was AMAZING! She knew what I needed/wanted before even I did and I walked away from there with a wedding dress that makes me feel stunning! Thank you Deanna for being so sweet, and TBG!response / report this review -

This was a great place to start looking for a wedding dress. The location had a upscale vibe to it without being pretentious and gave off a good first impression. The salesperson, Deanna, asked good questions and listened to what I was looking for in a dress. I was then able to browse their selection while she picked out a few of her own ideas. She explained to me the differences between different styles which helped me understand what I was looking for. She was patient and let me try on the same dress a couple of times and I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything that same day. Although we weren't able to take photos (due to copyright of the dresses), she wrote down my choices so I could look for them online (only one of the three choices were online, sadly). I wish that I could have taken photos at The Bridal Gallery because I needed time to think about it after at home instead of trying to remember what it looked like on me. With that said, they were able to accommodate me later in the day without an appointment with my second bridesmaid who wasn't able to attend so I could try on and show her the dresses I liked so far. They also have a large selection of bridesmaids dresses upstairs and other bridal accessories. I made the mistake of falling in love with a dress at The Bridal Gallery which was out of my price range and had to go somewhere else for something more within my budget.

I can't say enough about how amazing my experience was at The Bridal Gallery. Deanna was amazing and found exactly what I was looking for. I showed her a dress I was in love with at another salon and she topped it by far! Very professional, but still fun. Very excited to pick up my dress in a few months :)

Shopping here was terrible experience! The sales person was rude and condescending. She made us feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. She looked at us like we weren't deserving of being there. She scowled when my daughter said she had a $2000 dress budget! They said the majority of their dresses are in size 6 & 8 ( size 4 & 6 in clothing sizes). If you are a dress size 12 then you have to walk up the "employee only" stairs to a small attic like room with only a small selection to choose from. My daughter is a size 8 and said she felt so insecure in this store. She didn't even try a dress on because of how this woman made her feel and because of the message they are sending to women about their bodies. How must they make higher size women feel? We have been to 6 other stores and had wonderful experiences in them all. Wedding dress shopping should be about the bride feeling beautiful and having an enjoyable experience, not feeling terrible about herself and leaving in tears. Disgusting.

Ended up getting my dress here and having alterations done. Friendly staff who were helpful and honest. Good variety of plus sized options and very attentive. The consultant asked questions to help narrow my selection and clarify between dresses to tailor what I was looking for. My sister got her dress here too several years earlier with similar experiences. Alterations were timely and well done.

I had my very first wedding dress consultation here with Deanna and she was absolutely incredible! She really listened to what I wanted but was also wonderful with giving her own suggestions as well! She took the time to listen to both mine and my family's feedback after each dress and pull new dresses accordingly! Although I didn't end up getting my dress here- I truly have to show my sincere gratitude to Deanna for helping me narrow down what my dream dress would be! The store itself was also stunning and beautifully laid out! Highly recommend and I would also suggest going on a weekday and getting an earlier appointment! The store was not as busy as I've heard on weekends and I felt like it was a much more intimate experience!

I shopped at The Bridal Gallery last weekend and it was hands down the best Bridal dress shopping experience I have ever had. My Bridal consultant was Arsh and she was amazing. She took time with me, she listened to my ideas and even went over our appointment time while I pondered my decision. I ended up purchasing my dress there and I cannot speak highly enough about my overall experience. Not only was my consultant amazing, but the others were just as compassionate and helpful. They all made you feel welcome and beautiful. I could go on but I'll leave it up to the next bride to experience this amazing shop for themselves.

I went to the bridal gallery for my first appointment ever and I didn't need to go anywhere else!!!! My consultant was Cassandra and she was amazing. She took time to get to know my style and accommodated to my guests' (my mom and sisters) opinions as well. However, she told me to follow my heart and it worked. I found THE dress in our ONE session! I'm so happy and excited for what's next! Everyone was so excited for me after I said YES TO THE DRESS!! Thank you Bridal Gallery and Cassandra!!

I was told the basic alteration is about 200 bucks when I decided to buy my wedding dress from them in Jan/Feb. After the dress finally comes in around late June, and I went to fitting in early July (missed my first appointment and no call from them to remind me), 2-3 weeks before my wedding. They told me trim fee is $325 (my dress doesn't have many layers) and fitting fee is $75, which plus tax is about $500! (almost half of my dress). They also warmed that if I took away my dress and not do it today, then I don't have enough time to come back and get it done before wedding. So I took the dress and went to the shop across street (Bilss) and hem the dress for $80!!! And I am able to pick it up the next day if I want..

After having gone to a couple bridal shops in Vancouver I was extremely disappointed with my experience at The Bridal Gallery. I felt the staff was rude & unfriendly, they would not allow me to take pictures (the Vancouver stores all let me take pictures) and in fact the woman helping me (Maggie) would not even tell me who the designer of the dress I liked was so that I could look at the pictures online. I did not buy my dress here despite having found one that I loved for a very reasonable price and ended up buying a different dress from Blush in Vancouver where they treated me & my friends 100 times better. As I told my fiance "I'd rather spend ten times as much on a wedding dress where they treat you well than buy anything from The Bridal Gallery." Do not recommend.

We had a great time at The Bridal Gallery with Deanna. I let her know my budget right away and she pointed out which sections I should look through first. She was so helpful and she knew right away which dresses worked and didn't work for me (most of the time just from my facial expression). I actually ended up choosing a dress that I didn't initially choose, but she picked out for me based on my requirements. The one negative thing would be that Deanna didn't have any of the dress information I put on the website questionnaire.
My second appointment for the first dress fitting was positive overall. It took about an hour to get everything fitted and pinned, but the alteration consultant (unfortunately I've forgotten her name) was very nice and helpful. At my first appointment, I was advised to order 1 size larger than what would fit me as my bust measurement seems to be in between sizes. They do get you to initial on a form when you order the dress saying that you're the one that decided to get this size and not them.
The quote for the alterations was a lot more than I expected though, but I paid the rest of the balance and left the dress there for alterations (you don't have to pay for the alterations until they're finished). A big chunk of the alteration price was having to take in 2 inches from the waist and taking in some of the bust so I was a little disappointed as this might have been prevented if I went with the normal size and not 1 size larger as they suggested. I ended up changing my mind and called them 4 days later to cancel the alterations and Angela was very accommodating.
I was apprehensive about making an appointment here because of all the negative reviews. It's disheartening that so many brides had an awful time and I definitely feel for them. However, when I was there (on a Saturday afternoon), I did notice several people that wanted to try on dresses without an appointment and were quite impatient with having to wait at the front desk.
Saturday is extremely busy at all the bridal stores I've visited and I don't even bother browsing without an appointment since the stores are so packed. There were several groups with 6 people or more with the bride and that made all the rooms quite packed (even though the store website strongly suggests only having 1-2 people with you). I went with my mom and sister and they couldn't sit on the couch in front of the mirrors as another bride had 8 people with her!
I think if everyone followed the rules a little more closely, it might make it a more positive experience for everyone overall (IF you get a great consultant like Deanna of course).response / report this review -

My family and I had an incredible experience. The lovely staff got us in on a cancellation and still accommodated us even when we arrived half an hour late! Ariel was so knowledgeable and wonderful. She got me the dress of my dreams and stayed within my limited budget. We never felt rushed even though we were late and they were very busy. This is a great bridal store and I would recommend it for any bride.

We went to this Bridal Boutique to just look around and get an idea of what my sister in law wants to wear for her wedding. Julia was helping us and she was just incredible she listen to us and she was so passionate about her job that made our visit much more pleasing and joyous. We ended up purchasing an amazing dress and couldn't be any happier.

I came in expecting a store tour since I did not make an appointment. The gal at the front desk set me up with Nikki to give me the tour. I told Nikki my vision of my special day and what I've tried on at previous stores; what worked and what didn't. I was nervous cause my previous bridal shopping experience at another store TERRIBLE. Nikki could tell I was nervous and asked me if I had any extra time that day to try on a couple dresses. I was shocked they could squeeze me in at such short notice, especially with how packed the store was that day. It was the most pleasant experience I've ever had. I had relied on Nikki to pick dresses out that would fit the theme and venue of my day and SHE DELIVERED. Nikki was so attentive and a great listener. I ended up purchasing the dress Nikki had picked out for me. I'd like to thank her for helping me and being a friend since I was shopping alone. I really needed someone that wasn't afraid to tell me their opinion. Also I would like to give a shout out to Jillian on my second visit. She gave some great beauty products recommendations and was equally as sweet.
