Arrived to valet service at the dealership. Red carpet leads to concierge who takes your name, and gets your paperwork squared away. Waiting area is nice with nice automated coffee machine and complimentary tea and pastries as well. Shuttle service dropped and picked me up once car was ready. Notification was done through txt messages direct to your service advisor.

This place definitely needs a make over when you compare it to their competitors. Places like Acura, Lexus, and especially Audi with their new building. This place is usually busy but unlike Lexus at the time, no one even makes an eye contact or try to make sure your good.

Just bought my son's CLA 250 from the dealership on terminal avenue. One of the main reasons we bought from this dealership is the outstanding service we received from Jack Lu our sales consultant. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the product, not pushy in any way and totally professional! He even went the extra mile and got a big red bow put on the hood of the car when we came to pick it up. Thank you Jack for making this a wonderful, special experience for the whole family!

DON'T BUY REPLACEMENT TIRES FROM MERCEDES DEALER, THEY DO NOT HONOR STANDARD MANUFACTURER WARRANTY ON NEW TIRES.. IF YOU BUY NEW TIRES FROM TIRE SHOP THEY ARE ON AVERAGE $100 CHEAPER PER TIRE AND HONOR TIRE MANUFACTURER STANDARD WARRANTY, WHICH COVERS YOU INCASE YOU GET A FLAT OR TIRE DEFECT. I got screwed on my new GLA45, tire needed to be replaced 2 times within three weeks out of pocket Mercedes no help. Same issue on our S Class Coupe 2 year ago.. Sharing so others take due diligence.. Paying more to the MB dealer for nothing?? Better to Check around ensure standard manufacturer warranty included before you buy.

I felt very well taken care of. I'm not exactly a high value client (brought in my used 1997 C280 for repairs), but the staff was attentive and friendly. I was even given a direct text/phone contact number for my assigned repair technician. They also comped my taxi ride home. Very impressed, and I now know why MB has such a loyal following.

Eric Chan is by far the best sales agent ever. My wife and I shopped around at Audi, BMW and Mercedes. We have had many sale agents but non as good as Eric. He went above and beyond and was more then helpful. I could go on and on about how kind and caring Eric was and the time he spent with us to make our purchase feel very special. If you are thinking about getting a car please ask for Eric. He is very honest and will help you with every thing you need. Thank you again Eric.

SERVICE DEPT. WAS THE BEST I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. I can't say enough about the level of service I received. I brought my car in with an issue and had a spring service. It was better priced then any other service station out there and when I picked up my car it had been cleaned.
Also gave me a rental Mercedes at no charget to use while my car was being service. Price, service and service attendants are the best!response / report this review -

Sales guy gave me a test drive. However I wanted a different colour and he said he could arrange to get the desired car from a different branch only it is slightly used. It was Saturday and he promised to contact me on Thursday. Now it's late on Friday and I I've heard nothing from him. Poor service.

Over the last few weeks I've had the pleasure of working with Ted Kim and his sales manager William. They were very professional, patient, and easy to work with. Where I got sales pressure and the typical dealership run around from the many places I visited, Ted was more concerned with finding a car and budget that worked best for me. I would highly recommend going in and asking to work with these two if you're in the market for a vehicle.
