I ordered a pot of tea here. They have me the wrong tea and then told me I was wrong when I asked for it to be replaced. Clearly wouldn't recommend this place. Also the bathroom was filthy.

Love the new renovated space! The coffee is as good as ever but it's much nicer to sit and enjoy with the prettier cafe.

Went over for a coffee after visiting the VAG, and the dark haired young lady at the counter at 3:45 on Saturday July15, 2017 must've been having a *terrible* day, it appeared that we were one of her last customers near the end of her shift, as when we looked back at the till at just after 4pm, she was nowhere to be seen -so that may have been why she was snarky, rude and just downright unprofessional.
I'd hope the management reminds her to be courteous - or at least pleasant and polite - to people whether she is having a good day or not, because it's not the customers fault you're tired.. really disappointed. will go elsewhere if she's at the till next time.response / report this review -

I can only speak for myself and my experiences. Caffè Artigiano has solid baristas and convenient locations 🙂

Once a driving force in the Vancouver coffee scene, Artigiano is a shadow of it's former self. Chief among the problems is that they are actively using reheated/steamed milk. Better than Tim Horton's, only moderately better than Starbucks (better beans), coffee lovers should check out cafes like Revolver and Timbertrain to find an excellent coffee.

The food was pretty standard for a Starbucks esq type of place, coffees were okay but they had no organization when calling out drinks that were ready. So if you order the same thing as everyone else Noone knows whose drink is ready.

While at this cafe my wife's purse was stolen. The surveillance camera was not operating, therefore the police could not be of much help. Disappointed. Will not ever visit here again.
