Her experience in sales can be seen from the high level of professionalism and the clarity she provides in the process of a vehicle purchase. The Sales Team Leaders, Steve and Anthony were very helpful and provided excellent service during the purchasing process. Just bought a 2015 Dodge Ram Sport and the guys at Langley Chrysler were great. From Rich my first contact and sales person to the business/financing department to the parking staff in the parking lot. They were all friendly and a great help. They gave me time and didn't force anything on me like a lot of sales men will. They were super helpful from the beginning all the way through the purchase of my truck. Fantastic experience! Steve was great! Definitely felt like we were being taken care of from the moment we stepped foot in the lot to the moment I drove off with my new car. A detailing shop I went to lost the key to my wheel locks. I came to Langley Chrysler to get a replacement. The guy at the parts counter with one look and on his first try found the key to my wheel lock and didn't even charge me for it. What fantastic service. You don't see that very often anymore.

I recently bought a used Jeep from the Langley Chrysler and was absolutely blown away by the customer service provided by everyone at the dealership! All the staff, but especially Tony, went above and beyond to make sure I understood each step of the process, answer any of my questions, and negotiated very fairly. Even though Langley is not close to home I will be taking my new Jeep there for all it's regular maintenance because I can trust they will treat me well. I would recommend anyone interested in purchasing a new car to check out what is available at this dealership!

Great service! Best prices! We recently just purchased a new van from Langley Chrysler and had such a positive experience through and through. They really have some great people working here. Graeme Izard Was our salesman and I highly recommend him. He was not only accommodating and friendly from the beginning but he just seemed to get what we needed in a vehicle. He really took the time to show us our options- in vehicles and financing . I like to say few words about my new car purchase experience with this dealership. As a customer from north shore, I totally don't mind to travel over 60km one way to the dealership because I am very satisfied with my new Rubicon purchase experience. The whole team come to us. Admin lady showed my daughter making the popcorn, financial dept did best to help get the payment through, especially the sales associate Yucan, he has passion and knowledge with his job and really provide the service wroth the five star rating. This review is for our sales people at this dealer. Shaunna was great to work with and was very proactive and reactive when called upon for our deal.
EDIT: Now being given the run around for warranty work. 3 months no fix. I had to contact Jeep Head Office to report the dealer. They are trying to handle it, very poor company service. I will update. Moved to 2 stars for the time being.. EDIT staying at 2 stars.

Red Carpet Service! Love my new Jeep Patriot.

My husband and I made the drive from Vancouver to Langley just for a 'look' and came away with my new car! We can not express how much we appreciated the team effort and stellar services we received from Shaunna, Nils, Steve & Jack - not to mention all those in the background. From start to finish we felt like the red carpet was rolled out. We had lots of questions, from car features to warranty & insurance options - always answered with lots of patience.

We were surprised and impressed with the offer to have our new car dropped off to Vancouver in order to facilitate the pickup of the car we were trading in!
