IF YOU WANT HELPFUL FRIENDLY STAFF, DON'T COME HERE..
I was looking for snowboard boots and the staff just don't seem to be instinctively helpful in this shop compared to the others on the street. The floor staff seemed to just be trying look busy, rather than actually doing anything, and avoiding customer eye contact as much as possible.
I found the boots I wanted but the customer service was so bad that it affected my buying decision and I ended up not making the purchase. They need to learn from Comor (which I am told they are affiliated with in some way) Staff in there are AMAZING.
The clearance store has a lot of good deals and still a good selection. The staff is awesome, super helpful and willing to answer any questions or aid you find the best gear for you.
Great selection, friendly staff, best place for snowboarding equipment
Amazing selection. Great website. Fast shipping. What else do you want?
25 year’s of the best snowboarding selection at the best price by the most passionate snowboarders. I love this place
Pretty good clothing store. Nice collection of vans. Not that great a skate shop though.
Good selection of skate/surf/street wear. Good selection of skate style shoes. Skateboard shop as well.
Great place of cloths, especially skate&beach wear. The only place like it!
Excellent customer service. Went here recently to buy my first pair of high end snowboarding goggles. I got to try on different pairs before purchasing. I also learned a bunch of technical things about goggle systems/lenses which was great and informative for a newbie like myself. I will definitely be coming back here for my future snowboarding purchases!
Suuuper helpful staff! A guy there named Mike helped me to find the goggles that fit me very well. I would definitely go back there again.
Went in to buy a specific product which they did not have (Burton bindings). Chose an alternative and found it overpriced compared to competitors. Manager did not honour their price match policy (after having another employee and manager say it would be okay) and instead gave a nominal discount which did not cover the difference.
Overall feel a bit ripped off, especially after travelling specifically to this store based on a friend's recommendation. If I had more time I would have gone to a competitor next door.
Not sure why people think it's such a great place, this was probably the least competitively priced snowsports store i've been to in Vancouver. Only positive was their range of boards, not that you'd buy them here as they're priced a good 10%+ over other stores.
Apparently people have an issue with Sportschek here however the service I received there was a league apart from this place, and prices way more reasonable to boot.
If you are looking for new ski/snowboard gear this is a great place. I will usually check out their clearance store first
Its like another home! Always welcoming also i never leave without buying stuff lol yup they carry small sizes 😆
