Anya was so amazing in responding to my inquiries and it made me feel that I'm being treated as a valued customer. We also had a very warm reception on that day that my family went there for a test drive. Amanda was so very helpful in getting me a good deal and ensure that we get what we need for our vehicle. Naomi off course made it effortless and less stressful in closing the deal. Lastly, Coreena was there also to help out. I would say that this was the best experience we had in comparison to the other dealerships that we've been to. Wasn’t considering a Toyota, but I am extremely happy that I did. The environment is inviting and clean. My sales person Aman is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted. This is my first Toyota and I have a very good feeling it won’t be my last. This dealership is great. I have not experienced the service department yet, but I am sure they are just as efficient as my sales guy.
I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new vehicle or a change in vehicles. Thank you Northwest Toyota and thank you Aman!

I have to say that Mr. Abdullah's people's skill is by the far the BEST that I have ever experienced in the field of sale. In fact, he does not come across as a salesman and that makes me feel very comfortable. My only disappointment is that there is ONLY a FIVE STAR rating for him. On the first instance, he did not give me the need to negotiate. Go see him for a great deal.

Do two things in life. 1) Get your car here. 2) Get it from Abdullah. World class service and amazing guy. Made it so easy to get my new car that I didn't have a single worry. If he's your sales man you have nothing to worry about. Nice atmosphere amazing car. Love it.

I am confident that many of these "positive" reviews are manufactured for lease or finance incentives. My wife and I went into Toyota and parked our car inside the basin, as soon as the gate opened. We were in our car waiting for someone to come up to our window and start doing their paper-work. Instead, you had a bunch of people who acted as if they didn't want to approach us and disappeared as soon as we began approaching them. This was our first time here and certainly a drastic change from what we are accustomed to at other dealerships. To make things worse, the front desk administrative staff was very rude and unprofessional when we inquired about whether someone can help us. I remember her saying something along the lines of "I am busy, you will have to wait until I am ready!" The nerve. We wouldn't even call this customer service, it was a "Take it or leave it" attitudevery self entitled. We followed up with Customer Service reps on the phone, explained our experience and was never called back or emailed, even after providing all of our personal information for contact. Until they improve their communication, I advise you to stay away, especially considering the prices are not worth the terrible experience from this Toyota dealership.

The first thing I noticed was the how willing they are to help and offer great advice for first time car buyers. I dealt with Amanda and she was awesome! I bought my very first car here, and everyone was so helpful and amazing here! My salesman was so funny and helpful! He wanted to make sure I was happy with my car and prices! His name is Lamar and I recommend you see him. if you are looking to buy. He is a straight up fellow! And will find you the right fit!

John and Mia, were equally amazing, I was having trouble gaining access to my insurance and they did everything they could to help me get it as well as took care of me when dealing with financing.

Overall, I would definitely go back, and I would also encourag anyone of my friends to buy here.

I went there to by a car but unfortunately I found them a group of liers they just want to to cheat you and sell you any car, especially a guy named David Oommen he is a big cheater. When I saw some cars outside and I selected 2 of them he told me the price is 15500 and he promised me to give a very big discount, when we went inside he tried to cheat us and sell us other cars and he ended up with giving us the same car with 17500 !!!! We found that these people try to know how much your budget and how much you can pay then they will tell you that this car has been sold and try to sell you another car less with your budget. Be careful guys those people are nit honest and I never ever advise anyone to go there another thing happened he showed us a car and told us it has a small accident and after that we found that it did a big accident!!!
the conclusion those people are not honest and not trustable

By buying from a dealer ship, one thinks it will be peace of mind and the car will be good for a while.

Run away from this dealer ship as quick as you can. I bought a Toyota matrix from this dealer ship in 2016 nov. car has 5k miles after being bought and the brakes are pulsating with just 5k drive.

They certified the rear brakes which no one else would have certified.
I had to get the steering wheel job fixed by going there multiple times and they wont listen, until my son showed the documentation found on internet for the known problem..

This dealership is highly not recommended.
