  Terrible people. Terrible owner who will lie to you in your face just to make a sale. Ordered a crib and after 3 months delay they brought the wrong one and tried to force us to take it. "This is how it is" she said and "next time order something that you can see". Very rude. Terrible customer service. Now we are stuck with no nursery furniture with a baby coming in 4 weeks.

  Worst experince ever. Please do not buy your kid's furniture from this store.
  The staffs are so rude.
  On the Pick up day, they asked me to give them all the money and then pick up from warehouse that is behind their store and I gave all the money, but when I wanted to pick my furniture, the guy in the warehouse told me they dont have the crib that I ordered.
  I was shocked and I went to the cashier and asked my money back, I asked her when you do not have the crib why got all my money, she told me this is the rule and we dont know about the warehouse 😳😳😳
  Finally she did not return my money and promise that my crib is in the store next 2-3 day.
  That day , I called them and asked them if my order was ready and they told me yes it was ready to pick up, so I rent a truck and I went there, guess what happened they put another crib in the truck (cheaper than that one I ordered) and told me this is your crib.
  My husband compare the name of the crib with the receipt and we got that is not the correct one.
  When they got that we know that is not that crib, at first they ignore and tried to convince us that is the one.
  Then they told us because that crib is 100 $ cheaper, we can give you $100. If we did not compare the name, they would sell us the cheaper one whithout even return money. That is actually fraud.
  Finally, we told them we want our crib not this crib and again they promise to give it in the next 10 days. We picked our dresser that had 2 really bad scraches.
  After 10 days they told another 2 weeks,..
  I told them I payed for truck and they promise to deliver the crib free for me.
  But it did not happened, after 3 months I could not have my crib.
  When I called they hang off the phone 3-4 times and yelling at me to and told me they do not want to hear even one word from me. (Manager, owner and all staffs 😱)
  After wasting my time and money, and arguing every day with them, finally I could give my money back.
  Also my 4 months old baby slept in bassinet for 4 months, anh he is a big boy and every night he had problem as his hands and foot touch the edge of bassinet and size was not ok for him, poor baby.
  I ordered the crib when he was just born and I did not get it for 3 months.

  Surprised at previous ratings. People only rate when they have nothing good to sayI am writing about exceptional service and quality. Had absolutely no problems..such a pleasure shopping here. Customer service was great, delivery was on time. 10/10 from me and my husband. Thank you

  Pleasant experience shopping today. I had all my questions answered and was helped and greeted by staff immediately. Second time shopper at this store as my first time was great. Items came on a timely manner, delivery went smooth. Highly recommended for first time buyers. Great experience.

  Very disappointed with this store and strongly advise to do your baby shopping elsewhere. Had a horrible experience today with the sales person at their Steeles location.
  
  We purchased a crib, dresser and glider. We were told that the crib coverts into a full size bed at the time of purchase. We made 2 separate trips to the store to pick up our furniture only to find out when we got home that we were given the incorrect gilder ( we ordered leather and were given fabric ones in a different style).
  
  The very next day I called the store to speak to a rude sales person who was very defensive and making excuses for the error when I would have simply appreciated her apology and reconciling of the situation. She told me to come to the store to exchange the glider. When we got to the store she said no one could help us left the chair and me and my husband had to carry the (very heavy) furniture with no help.
  
  Regarding the crib - we were told the crib coverts to a double bed. When we unpacked the box and read the instructions , to our surprise, we needed to purchase and additional conversion kit set up as a double bed! We were really surprised by this because the sales person at no time mentioned this was the case. When I called to speak to the sales person about this she said to me in a rude manner, "you never asked about the kit, and you have to purchase these kits for every crib". I advised that I was unhappy, felt mislead, and would have not purchased the crib for the price I did if I had been aware the conversion parts were. It included. The sales person, in my opinion, did not take any measures to try to rectify this situation or to try to salvage my customer experience.
  
  This situation was unnecessary and avoidable had the person treated me nicely when the errors was made with the glider and communicated properly about the fact that the crib conversion kit was an extra $200!
  
  I had a horrible experience at this store and write this revie as a warning for others. There are lots of stores that sell baby furniture and I would suggest you spend your money elsewhere!

  I had a pleasant experience at the store today. The staff were extremely friendly and educational. They offered a wide variety of selection for my children. I am very impressed with the quality of the furniture sold. Definitely recommend it to every parent!

  Extremely pleased with great service and selection of baby furniture warehouse. The furniture came exactly as shown in their beautiful showroom and we couldnt be happier. Their staff and delivery guys were so accommodating a real pleasure to deal with.
