We found a truck we wanted and peel worked with us and got us a lower price while getting us a decent trade in on our new vehicle that we had bought earlier in the year that we weren't enjoying. Excellent customer service. We traveled down to swap vehicles and it was a very smooth and friendly transition. Very good experience overall.

Excellent service and excellent prices that no-one else can beat.

I bought a new 2017 Ram from Peel Chrysler. My salesman was Daevon Clarke. To sum up my experience.

-Best price in Ontario (I tried to buy locally, but my local dealerships refused to price match Peel Chrysler. In fact they actually TOLD ME to buy from Peel Chrysler!)

One of the best experiences. I love my new 2017 Dodge Ram and the price I received. Rocco and Russ were informative bright and always smiling. Sold me at an amazing price way cheaper then the three other dealerships I tried before peel. Talked to Danny running the show and as busy as he was he fed me pizza on a Saturday and we chatted for quite a bit about the productso knowledgeable and polite. Can't wait until my wife sells her ford so we can get her the new jeep from peel. Thanks Peel. You finally made me enjoy buying a car.

An older review (Nov/2014) but, thought that I would post. Been shopping for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee - Overland Edition and visiting all Jeep dealerships in the Mississauga -Toronto vicinity. The service received from Peel's sales staff was first-rate (no complaints!)
However, I purchased the aforementioned vehicle (Nov/2014) from Erin Dodge Chrysler due to a slightly better price and a superior service facility (open Wed & Thurs evenings until 8pm) - important to my purchase decisionhope this review is helpful!

Bought a brand new 2016 dodge journey blacktop package in May 2016. Rocco was our salesman. The price was very good, no doubt, and he treated us well. Was very welcoming.

During the time of the purchase the car had ONLY 25km on it (pretty brand new).

Writing this review in February 2017, NOT happy with the car at all.
1) The rear suspension makes noise as if it's rusted and I know for a fact that it shouldn't be making that sort of noise. Had a 2005 Nissan before and that never even made a rusted suspension noise.

2) the front two doors make a lot of noise, as if they are hitting something every time I open and close them. This happens 90% of the time.

3) During winter time, especially when the car is cold, the passenger side front window motor malfunctions. Since it's fully automatic, when I close the window , it goes up halfway and then it comes back down. I have to repeat this 3-4 times. Only then it performs normally.

NOTE: THE CAR ONLY HAS 35000 KM ON IT.

It is still under basic warranty till 60000 km.

Don't want to take it to peel because last thing I want is being quoted a couple of hundreds or if not thousands on a less than an year old car. I hope peel Chrysler sees this.

The service advisor Adrian should not be in service department because he does not know how to provide good customer service. I had called earlier in the week, spoke to Laura and scheduled a changed oil in the morning. I also mentioned that if it would be possible to avail of their promo again and Laura gladly said that is possible. When I arrived this morning, Adrian received my car and i had mentioned to him that I will avail of the promo again. He said "all you do is get your car serviced here for change oil but no maintenance!". I let it go, then he made me wait 2.5 hours before I was informed that my car was done. Upon paying, I asked the lady service advisor if i my next oil change will be part of the promo already. She asked Adrian and he said no he did not enter it in the promo and all i do is get the promo. To think i would recommend to my friends this dealership for their service promo.
