No matter what day or time you come to this location, it is the worst location for cashing out. They remodeled to put in more checkouts but why bother the most I have ever seen open is 7 out of the almost 30 lanes. SO SLOW!!!

I need to use scooters. This store used to have 6 or 8. But now only has 2 and both have functional problems ( one stops suddenly; other can't keep battery fully charged).
I love the store's large inventory and variety of clothes, groceries etc. I have to come using wheeltrans and lately have been disappointed that there are no carts available.
Seniors and persons with physical disabilities can only navigate this huge store using the scooters. PLEASE consider who is using your store and purchase new scooters even if you have to limit time used and have customers sign them out at service desk.

I shop here all the time. My only critique is regarding the scooters for people with disabilities, they don't have someone plug them in at night so they are fully charged in the morning. When i first went there, there were 6 mobile scooters. Now they are down to 2 and these 2 stop whenever they feel like it. You have to stand up and sit down to get them going again. Friendly staff and I highly recommend the Deli people.

Lots of Parking & Price Matching are the main Pros of Walmart in general. Cons: Minus 1 star for the extremely long wait to check out. Even with the addition of self-service checkout stations, it takes me longer to check out than to shop. Minus 1 star for the state of the shelves in the home & clothing sections. For those reasons, I stick mainly to the grocery & household sections and I am generally happy with the items found there.

This store should provide a much higher level of customer service such as have way more cashiers open. Early morning hours you are lucky to find one cashier open in the whole store and at peak periods there are not enough cashiers open which makes for a stressful time for checking out. Prices are not conpetitive either. Customer service counter is understaffed most of the time.
Overall I would give this location a 4 out of 10 rating!!

The store as a whole is not bad. However, 90% of the time there are no buggies available so you so have to go looking around the parking lot for one. The management is lackadaisical and there is a high staff turnover in check out staff, so most are slow (and rude) and there are never enough cashiers open. Good is fresh but frozen food will begin thawing by the time you get to pay for it.

Went there around 9 p.m. Store was busy. Cashier was friendlier than this morning. Good prices. Bags will cost. Cut flowers not wrapped for gift giving - have to buy own gift paper. Overall, satisfied with experience and will shop there again.

Place is nice but the prices keep going up and up. Found most of what I was looking for. They never seem to have coconut or almond coffee creamer in stock. I've found it once in the several times I've been shopping here. Parking lot is huge so that's a bonus. Always easy to find a spot.

Worst customer service and bagging skills.
Cashier ignored the coupon attached to the product, which led me to line up again at the customer desk to get my refund. Not only did she ignored the coupon, I also had to ask her why she bagged eggs with a 2 litre cartoon milk. I told her I'll rather pay the 5cents then to have the eggs broken. She answers with attitude I was trying to save you money! At this point clearly she will cause me to loose more money instead of saving. Always check your receipt when leaving this super centre. Clearly when you think you might be saving you will most likely not. This is the reason why I'll rather go to metro, although today Walmart was closer. Lesson learned.

Thanks for reminding me why I avoid Wal-mart :/
I've spent the better part of the last half-hour trying to reach the store by phone. I want to talk to someone in the photo centre, so I tried to call them the first time. When there was no answer, I tried customer service twice, then electronics and food. Finally, I tried pharmacy, and when I selected option #2 because my call is not pharmacy-related, I was redirected to the main store # where I was on hold another five minutes before I hung up.
I don't even want to know how long they'd make me wait for an answer if I actually took the time to drive up there with my 6-week-old baby in tow. I'll definitely be finding another place to shop instead.

This is a super center and they offer groceries pickup by scheduling the pick up.
Though the parking slots reserved for pickup are occupied sometimes wth people not really getting a pickup, it is still a good process.
So far the groceries i picked up over past months have been fresh.

I bought the milk from Walmart, When I came home, the sacs inside were half-filled. It was probably company filling machine defect. It could be dangerous food inside since it was not complete. I went to return after a week. The code on milk bag shows that it is purchased from them, I did not have receipt. They did not give my money back. The customer service behaved very bad with me. It was a very small thing. They spoiled my day. One customer lady was completely non-sense behaving person. Another was did not behave bad but refused to give my money back. Walmart need to understand that they can not sell doubtful food and must train their customer service people, they must watch how angry their customer service is. They have their milk area relatively less hygienic they need to clean it and inspect their bags before sell it.
