I've stayed at this hotel multiple times over the last few years for business functions. The conference facilities are always clean and ready to use. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Guest rooms are well kept and comfortable. The service at the restaurant/bar could definitely be improved, as the service can be quite slow, however the food is very well done.

Great place to stay! Has everything you need. The restaurant where you get your complimentary breakfast is outstanding. Great service and selection. There is a coffee bar that serves Starbucks and Beth is there every week day morning with a smile! The hotel is spacious and very clean. Nearby great restaurants and shopping. Staff is freindly and helpful. We have stayed here a few times and definitely will be back!

Amazing customer service and the team is very accommodating. Not only do they make you feel at home, they also work with you to ensure your stay is the best.
Even though we didn't need it, the front desk offered a late check out at no additional charges. It's customer service like this that separates the Hilton beyond the rest.response / report this review -

Having issue posting this from my phone
I am a bit disappointed by my stay, I expect more from the Hilton, have had better experience in the past.
I got a discounted rate of $180 per night
Breakfast not included, add $10 for microwave, another $10 for fridge, $16 for parking, or $20 for valet
The room is not vacuumed everyday. I got a towel with lipstick as shown on the pic. They left me a sorry note when I complained.
Gym is not supervised, being a regular for the 8 nights, there is no water, and the same empty jugs are on the floor
Safe was not working, battery issueyou need to use the base and speaker for the phone, the wireless doesn't work either
Room service was average. Chop restaurant at walking distance is the only closest place to get decent food. Next week, I am booking at the airport! Not too far, more option to eat
Key didn't work, was asked to waitI waited almost 30min!!!
On a positive note, front desk was great. They have a service through text, which is nice. Barbara was great!response / report this review -

Read the booking carefully, parking is provided at a charge! customer service is something the management needs to work on! My husband went in there and one of the receptions called him to the desk, didn't even properly listen to what we had to say and in the midst of my husband asking a question, the guy just walked away and started doing something else! Other than that, overall the upkeep of the hotel was spot on! We had a King bed and a room with a view - and it really did look amazing during sunset hours but the overall size of the room was also great! Overall, I would recommend this hotel :)

Great place to stay. Good restaurant, excellent breakfast, Starbucks café hotel owned so you can put coffee on your room bill, swimming pool with giant slide, clean rooms. I will be back as soon as I am in Toronto next time!

We loved it. After staying in several hotels over the previous few days the Hilton was the best by far. Modern, clean room. Great service.

Clean rooms, quiet and spacious. Decent cold breakfast. Nothing much within walking distance. Pool area has impressive slide. Couldn't change input to the TV, so I couldn't use my Roku stick. Friendly, helpful staff.

Friendly staff from desk to housekeeping. Extremely comfortable beds, pillows and duvets. Very clean room, well renovated bathrooms. Close to many amenities and near the highways. Chop steakhouse in the same parking lot, great for dinner. Only complaint was the room phones are very dated and not clear on how to use to reach front desk staff - none of the "programmed" buttons connected to anyone. Please replace the phones with more updated models, this is the only thing wrong with the room!! Everything else was just perfect, we will stay there again for sure.

We attended a banquet at this hotel and decided to stay for two nights. From the service at the banquet right until we checked out everything was incredible. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We have never felt so at home at any other hotel we've stayed at! The pool was very warm and the hot tub is big enough to fit 15 people easily. Our bed and pillows were beyond comfortable, we didn't want to leave it! We had the buffet breakfast and it was awesome. We also went down to the in hotel restaurant for dinner. We sat at the bar and our server was great! I had the hamburger and hubby had the steaming seafood bowl (can't remember the name). The portions are hefty and the food was delicious. All said and done we were extremely happy with our visit. We will definitely be coming back to stay again, even without having a reason for doing so.

The hotel was very high quality. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were well cleaned everything night. I found the food and drink at the hotel was outrageously priced (4 dollars for a small coffee) and I had to go off site to get breakfast every morning($42 for breakfast). Despite the overpriced food and drinks the hotel provided a good experience and I would go again.

I attended the coin and stamp show with my father. Parking was free and easily explained on how to register the license plate. Signs were clearly posted to direct us to the show. Refreshments were provided.

Hilton took over the property from Delta recently and renovated the lobby and guest rooms so they're still fresh (as of March 2017). We stayed on the top floor of the South Tower which is the older of the two buildings. The elevators needed work as there was quite a bit of noise from the rails and cables (you can hear it from the rooms but not unbearable). The decor is typical of Delta with very little storage space (on drawer only). The water slide ("Big Blue") which I'd consider the main attraction of the facilities. Check the operating hours as it is only open when the two (!!) lifeguards are on duty. A three-storey indoor waterslide is the best thing on this side of Great Wolf Lodge without the massive crowds. There were a few rude kids cutting in line but says more about the parents than the hotel. Adults are also welcomed on the slide (as long as you're taller than 48"). I'd definitely return if I am in the area again.

Attended a professional conference (200+ attendees) and was pleasantly surprised. Main meeting halls were clean, big and comfortable. Food was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was great and terrific bed. Only 4 stars for not having many options for restaurants/pubs nearby.
