My wife and I searched for the perfect vehicle for our growing family for over two years. We changed our minds a lot but we were always met with great information from John Straker over the two years and he always had our best interest at heart. He didn't push us and he took the time to get to know us to make sure we were making the right decision. We LOVE our new car and it was worth the wait. When we go back for service he always goes out of his way to say hi and ask about the family. Fantastic service!

I am a die hard Honda car lover. My first Honda was a 1998 Civic, which I owned for 12 years. I then bought a used 2003 Honda Civic, which I kept for about 7 years. I was due for an upgrade and came to Mississauga Honda looking for my next car. I had a specific budget in mind. So when I met with Rolando, the Product Advisor, I told him I was not in a particular rush and was willing to wait for the right car. “It is on its way” he told me, “we will get the right car for you”. He kept me informed about their used-car inventory and when he called me a couple of weeks ago, I knew the car had arrived. I was not wrong, when I came to the dealership he took me on a test drive of a 2015 Honda CRV SE. I fell in love with it instantly. Rolando, and his Manager Daniel, offered me an amazing deal. I have been driving my new car for a week now and I love it! Honda, you’ve got a true loyal customer in me! I also want to say that as a provider of customer service, I know when I am the recipient of great customer service. From the front desk greeters, to Rolando’s expert advice and the Management team and Phillip, the Service Manager, I have appreciated your professionalism and courteous manner. You rock! I recently visited the dealership just to browse for cars, little did I know I was going to walk out with a brand new car! The receptionist noticed me staring a car and came over and introduced Rolando to me, next thing you know I’m sitting in the car going for a test drive! Rolando was super patient and understanding with me as I’m not a big car person! He explained all the features on the car right down to the payment plan! Rolando made this process so easy and smooth! I’ll definitely refer my friends and family!

My wife has been in the market for a pre-owned vehicle for several months now, and when she went to Mississauga Honda she met Rolando and he took his time to explain all the features on the two vehicles she was interested in, and she contacted me, and informed me her search was over. She explained to me, that Rolando was not pushy, and very knowledgeable and he made her decision to go ahead with the purchase of her Accord as painless as possible, and saved me a trip to the dealer. My wife is a very savvy researcher on big ticket items, so i would like to personally thank Rolando for his expertise, and patience and saving my family time. we will recommend Mississauga Honda to all our friends and family, and a special mention to deal with Rolando, in any future purchases.

I have my car from Action Honda and please don't go there :)
I know about Parkway Honda which I would consider if I leaved in Toronto. Recently moved to Mississauga and looking for next Honda dealer for servicing. I read reviews and finally selected Mississauga Honda which is far from my home though. I ignored all other Honda near by home after reading review about them.
I am happier than what I expected which leads me writing first review in my life. Got response just after booking appointment. Got warm reception
when arrived there from supervisor. Very less time waiting and organized. Nice behaviors. Free coffee, tea, charging. They have complementary amenities that I did not think of like giving car when drop off option is selected. Finally, I got my car washed and clean :)
So I strongly recommend Mississauga Honda

I gave Mississauga Honda a 2 star before, and I was totally wrong. I had a recall on my Accord 2014 and initially the lady on the phone said I would have to drop my car and get a shuttle back which I was not very happy with. Upon getting to the dealship for my appointment, the rep Waqas said I had been a long time customer and he will honour me a complimentary rental. He was very nice and helped me get my service done along with my recall. That's the type of service I expect being a long time customer and honestly this place is awesome. Very efficient and honest. Keep up the good work guys. Customer for life at this place for sure.

Bought a 2017 Honda CR-V from Jun Li (Product Advisor) at Mississauga Honda. Jun was extremely helpful and professional. He provided exceptional support through out the purchase process. With his experience and suggestion we walked out with a good deal and a good choice. Overall had great experience with Jun and Mario (finance manager) and I would strongly recommend Mississauga Honda sales team.

We have been dealing with Pat and the staff for 15 years. We have bought all of our cars from them, have them serviced by them and we have had a great 15 year relationship. We live an hour West of the dealership, we have a Honda Dealer in our city but we keep going back to our dealership because of the service and loyalty to us and we to them. We cannot say enough about Mississauga Honda. Thanks to Pat and the staff.

I get my Honda serviced here and always have it well taken care of. The drive right into the building service is weird at first but during the cold winters an awesome feature. The mechanics explain in good detail all the work that will be done. You can then chill in the lounge will the car is being worked on. My car is always returned washed. They also rent vehicles (there's an Enterprise car rental 'mini-counter' inside the place). Easy access from the QEW.

I was not solicited to write this review and carry no bias except for the horrible care I received here. I will never recommend a location where the sales guys berate you for wanting certain things in a car and not caring about others. Their sales tactics are very pushy and smell of pushing out old crappy inventory. And NO, your free car washes are not enticing and don't make up for a bad quality product. At one point the sales guy was literally yelling at us for not liking how smooth the power steering was compared to my current car. This would constitute grounds for assault but I wouldn't waste my time. This is not how you do business with customers.

Go to Meadowvale Honda instead where the service is extremely courteous and the sales guys are patient (for example Zulfiqar Hussein is the most honest and patient sales person I've had the pleasure of ever dealing with).

I would recommend buying a vehicle absolutely anywhere else. I had a great experience, until I purchased the vehicle. Once the deposit went in, there was a lack of communication and I was lied to about additional fees. When I refused to pay these fees because I was never informed about them, the dealership (conveniently not the salesman [Jhon] or manager [Daniel] that I had made the purchase with) told me that "I" had misunderstood, and that I was told about the fees. Firstly, I do not believe that a customer should ever be spoken to in the way that I was (the sales manager, Anna, spoke to me so condescendingly). Secondly, I am a person of integrity - and to be told that I was lying, when I had documentation proving otherwise, is outrageous. Thirdly, when I purchased the vehicle they told me that they would ensure that the body of the vehicle was buffed. I understand that some scratches (because I am a logical human being) cannot come out of the vehicle, but there were certainly others that could - which were NOT buffed. When I confronted them about it, they told me they could not get them out, despite that fact that the salesman repeatedly told me that they could definitely get them out (that they were surface scratches).

If I was in a position to return the vehicle, I would have. In the end, I left the dealership feeling terrible. When you invest in something of significant cost, you want to be respected. I was not respected.

I will never do business with Mississauga Honda ever again and I highly recommend that you go elsewhere for your next car.

We bought a used car about 6 months ago that had a recall letter to check airbags, so we took our car in to Honda. The girl at the reception looked at the letter and announced they don't service US cars. We kindly noted, that it was assembled in US, but is registered in Ontario. Some huffing and buffing later she got us booked for service.
We took the car for service the next day available. It was supposed to be ready in a day. We never received a call that it was ready, so we called in later on that day and we were told it had been ready for half a day. So we went to pick it up and there were no keys to be found. Receptionist's attitude was beyond rude and unprofessional. Good thing someone finally found the keys and we got our car back. Will never go back.

They have by far the worse services department. It takes them almost 2 hours for a simple oil change.. Do yourself a favor and get the oil changes from somewhere else. Their customer representative is also very rude.

Be aware about their promotions such as "Free oil change for life" - It's only valid if you do services B with them after each free oil change and services B will cost $200+, Utter nonsense!

They will also threaten you that your warranty will be voided if you don't do xyz services, which is absolutely not true as per the services manual and Honda Canada.

Also, stay away from their loan repayment assistance program, this is a scam. They told me that I would get a refund if I pay off my car earlier and they never did! An absolute false advertisement.

I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. In fact, all these 4-5 star reviews are FAKE!

@Owner, I stopped coming to your location 2 years ago after such horrible services provided by your team.. Perhaps you didn't do a proper "extensive search" in your database.

Matt Nemeth was extremely helpful and very nice. He answered all of my questions and I left a very happy and satisfied customer. Love my CR-V! The Mississauga Honda dealership was welcoming and I had a very pleasant experience. I was a returning customer and this is my second car I have purchased from there and I would definitely recommend getting a vehicle here!
