I love my new Honda! I got a Honda 2017 Civic for a great deal and tony filled my gas tank up fully before sending it home with me ! I loved it and there so super nice and friendly there my dad been buying Honda’s from them for years. Great place and definitely affordable

Overall, the staff and customer service at Number 7 Honda is exceptionally beyond my expectations. Not only do they go above and beyond to make each and every customer a happy and satisfied customer, but they treat you with the utmost respect and like your part of their Honda family. I had the pleasure to meet Jon Palletta and he is a remarkable salesman, who is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to help meet your needs. Best dealership in town and would definitely recommend. Number 7 Honda deserves more then 5 Stars!!!
A Big Shout Out to Jordan Caetano for an outstanding job providing fantastic customer service in the Parts Department.
His friendly, efficiency, knowledge of inventory, experience with products, helpful attitude, attention to detail and ongoing communication regarding options and suggestions, were beyond superb.
He has exceeded my expectations, was pleasant, positive and willing to go above and beyond and goes that extra mile that sets a great example for his team.
I will be returning for service and will be requesting his outstanding assistance.

I've been looking for a new (used) car for the past year at multiple dealerships across the GTA. Let me tell you that Andy Tran is hands down the most pleasant salesman I have ever dealt with.
Andy is transparent about everything and answered all my questions, with no hidden sales tactics. Most importantly, he was not pushy at all. He saw that I was hesitant to put down a deposit and did not give me the "its probably going to be sold tomorrow if you don't put a deposit on it" spiel. Simply told me to think about it and call him if I've made a decision.
Ended up purchasing the car through Andy- paperwork and delivery was exceptionally quick. Will definitely recommend him to anyone.response / report this review -

Got my new 2017 CR-V EX-L. It was one of my fastest car buying experience so far. It couldn't have been possible without Louie Fata. He is knowledgeable and understanding. Just after our short conversation, Louie knew exactly what I was looking for and provided me an offer which was at its best. Deal was done!
I did enough research before buying this car and also went to 3 other highly rated dealerships prior to Number 7 Honda. None of those 3 dealerships gave me better response. If you want an excellent deal and do not like wasting time, meet Louie!response / report this review -

I meet John at Honda 7 and he was very enthusiastic, which was exactly what I needed. I was very nervous to be buying a car and wasn't sure even what question to ask. It is like he was in my head. Asking and explaining in terms that I would understand, making me feel very comfortable and knowledgeable.
I even tested him to see if he was just giving me the GIRLY answers, but no John was being respectful and considerate. I have recommended him to all my girlfriends who have any fear of buying a car.
Thanks John for everything and can't wait to get my car!!!

We recently purchased a Honda Fit for our daughter at Number 7 Honda. I couldn't be more pleased with the overall experience and especially the service we received from our salesperson Louie.
From start to finish, Louie and his team delivered as promised and kept us informed of next steps. The cost of our trade-in was fair and we were charged exactly as quoted by Louie.
I would not hesitate to recommend Louie at Number 7 Honda and have already referred him to many friends.

Hi there, I would like to share my customer service experience while shopping for a vehicle. First of all I would like to say that you have several good salespeople in this location. But I'm writing regarding Mr. John Paletta he's awesome made me feel comfortable asking questions. He took time to answer and explain details- I felt no pressure and appreciated the dedicated time he gave me. I am going to definitely recommend his service to others. I just wanted to take a minute to write a post to extend my sincerest gratitude to Dan and Jon for the virtually perfect experience I had in purchasing my Honda Civic 2 door Coupe at your splendid dealership.
I’m very happy with my whole purchase experience, from my first meeting with Dan to the closing at the finance department and then to having Jon complete the entire transaction was amazing. Their loyal customer base is outstanding as they always focus on what their customer needs are.
I would highly recommend Highway 7 Honda and contact Jon Paletta to discuss buying a car as he clearly enjoys the “people” aspect of his position as it shows with his permanent smile. It’s nice to receive quality service with a smile! Dan and Jon make a perfect Team!

Number 7 Honda is has the very best customer service! The staff really go above and beyond to ensure you feel valued. I take my cars to them for all service appointments and purchased both of my cars through them as well. Jon Paletta on the sales side recently sold me my new 2017 Civic and made sure my experience was seamless from start to finish. I highly recommend the professionals at this location!

Needed to get a new car ASAP, went in and had the pleasure of dealing with Jon Paletta. He was nice and super helpful in getting me what I wanted at the best price. I had my new car within days and absolutely love it. It was my first time getting my own car and Jon was able to answer any questions I had and made everything very simple and put me at ease make sure you ask for him when you go in :)
