  Im a regular shisha smoker and the shisha here is hands down amazing. Never a bad shisha served. Great selection of food and drinks too. Great atmosphere and design. Recommend to all.

  Amazing Shisha, Amazing food, great and amazing staff! Newly renovated with comfortable seating! Good music, 2 floors 2 different vibes! Definitely recommend to all ages!

  Cafe Chic is no longer here. It’s UPTWN LOUNGE now and I haven’t been to a more elegant appealing lounge. Atmosphere is amazing and the customer service is superb.
  
  Recommend this place to everyone looking to have fun or relax UPTWN.

  I dont recommend this place, personnel dont come to you to check if you need something. Also, you order something they bring you something totally different. Poor service in total

  I found Cafe Chic through Google and judging by the good rate it had received I invited some of my friends for a Friday night gathering.
  
  First, I'd say the personnel were friendly, maybe even very friendly. But the service..
  
  We ordered drinks, Cappuccinos and beers, we were provided with coffees and beers which one of them was of another brand (when asked about that, they said they changed it because they had run out of that brand without asking us), and for the Cappuccinos we had to call them twice so they bring the right order after half an hour.
  
  We ordered cheese cake, they did not have any in the stock, so they change it with whatever they had: old and dry.
  
  Basically I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there unless the guys revise their service significantly as I was very embarrassed before my friends for my choice.

  Comfortable seats but horrible service. The person couldn't get any order right, to the point we didn't bother calling or talking to the person because it's more of a headache.

  The place was decent and the customer service was alright. They have three different types of hooka but was not as satisfied as the downtown seesha places.

  Very nice facilities. Upscale decor and ambiance. Modern and very clean.
  
  Live DJ parties on the weekends, so it can get crowded during those times. Come early or make a reservation so you're not left out.
  
  Great cozy place for drinks and chilling. They have a full bar with a variety of drinks, including mixed drinks. They also have a good and varied shisha menu.
