It was a pleasant experience to deal with staff of this location. They make every thing very easy. Customer service is amazing. Salsa staff are very professional. I would highly recommend.
After a horrible customer service experience at Mercedes-Benz Markham, I came to Mercedes-Benz Mississauga and they provided the best possible customer service that surpassed my needs. I had the pleasure of dealing with Tony Almeida for my 2015 C Class who is very professional, friendly, and customer oriented. He answered all my questions, was very patient, and explained the functions of the vehicle upon delivery. I highly recommend Tony to anyone looking for a Pre-Owned Mercedes at Mercedes-Benz Mississauga as you will not be disappointed. Thank you Tony for everything!
I walked in here with my wife to inquire further information about leasing a new car through this location. We personally dealt with Aman. He has to be one of the worst sales reps I have every dealt with in my life! My wife and I walked out feeling completely rejected, and belittled. He even felt the need to make a rude comment about my accountant.
If you are considering buying a Mercedes, save yourself a lot of time and AVOID this Mercedes dealership!
Afterwords, I went to Mercedes Brampton and was treated MUCH better. Actually felt welcomed, and the sales rep was tactful, considerate, open to negotiation and extremely friendly. We ended up signing a lease through Mercedes Brampton.
I had my Van purchased and serviced there.
There are so many other car dealerships with much better behaviour to their customers.
When I asked the guy "What is covered by my extended warranty", he answered back that "when you pay more than $2000 dollars you should know"!!!!!!!!
And then he says "why didn't you ask Vince, he is your service adviser?"
Strongly recommend go and service your car somewhere else, where they respect and serve you properly.
Bad experience at this service center. The manager, Jason, was arrogant, and quite unprofessional. I had brought my car, Mercedes ML400, in to have its engine and other internal machinery checked out. I was concerned that a rodent had crawled in and was messing up all the wiring. When I called in the next day to inquire about the progress, I was given the absurd answer that the technician had stepped inside the car, and upon inspection confirmed that there was no rodent. What? I told the guy on the phone that I wanted to speak to the manager (Jason), because he clearly doesn’t know what he’s talking about. While on the phone with Jason, I was shocked to hear the same response. What kind of an “inspection” is that? I didn’t bring my car in just for a technician to step inside and confirm that there isn’t a rodent living between the passenger seats. I could’ve done that myself. What I wanted was for someone to check the internal machinery/wiring system of the car, to confirm that it was safe. When I tried to explain that to Jason, he refused to understand my concern, claiming that it wasn’t possible for a rodent to crawl inside, between all the machinery. He then asked me to come in to the center so he can attempt to explain everything to me in person. I agreed, and went in the next day. Upon arriving, I was adamantly told the same thing as on the phone. I tried to reason with Jason, explaining that my suspicion wasn’t without grounds. I had been spotting mouse feces near the passenger seats of my car, and was even advised, repeatedly, by a car cleaner to have its machinery checked out. If I didn’t act on that as soon as possible, the cost of the potential damage might have accumulated to hundreds, or even thousands of dollars.
When I tried to explain all that to Jason, even in person, he refused to understand, and then began speaking to me in a condescending way – as if he’s the only smart one, and I have no clue what I’m talking about. I had taken time out of my work day to come in and resolve this issue in person. I expected a decent explanation, or at least an effort to understand , . Instead I was just being dismissed, and then finally told: “I don’t want to speak to you anymore, please just pick up your car.”
You’d think that a highly reputed brand like Mercedes would have better customer service representatives, evidently not.

Dr Faizy
An excellent place to buy new and pre-own cars. The staff here are both polite and patient and will walk through everything. Highly recommended.
Hi Haseeb Rana ,you are really nice, helpful, dealmaker and sincere with your clients because I purchased E300 New from this dealership. Mr Rana gave me the best deal .
I would highly recommend Mr Rana at the Mississauga dealership. He was exceptional! He was very helpful, not pushy at all unlike other dealerships which continuously send you generic e-mail blasts. He provided a wonderful experience .Thanks Mr Haseeb Rana
This is our first time in a Mercedes-Benz dealership. Our salesman, Errol was amazing! He was courteous, polite and so friendly! He answered all our questions and was super patient with us. When we picked up our ride, a 2018 CLI 250, he pulled out all the stops! Showed us how everything worked and best of all, he got us swag! This is on top of the complementary stuff that comes with the car! Errol is a number 1 class act! Thanks!!
Went in with 1 problem, walked out with 2. Very disappointed, I had my passenger side front headlights checked out due to damage, got quoted $5500. (I understand how expensive German parts are). I told them thank you & I will think about it. What happened next is what shocked me, after picking up my car, I noticed the DRIVER side front headlights are now not working, it was PERFECTLY fine before and no damage to that side whatsoever. Called back to complain about the driver side issue (which never existed before). Was told "the impact has also affected the driver side headlight". I am sorry but I am NOT accepting that explanation. I am not a mechanic but I refuse to think that one damaged headlight will damage the other one!!!!! Told them have the service manager call me, never heard back. I don't know what they did to my car when they were checking out my original issue, but obviously they did something that affected the driver side as well.
This was my first visit to the dealership after an issue with my ML350 and admittedly, I am speechless vis-à-vis their above average service. Mr Chris Ryan was the service specialist who truly demonstrated integrity and what customer service should look like. Mr Ryan and the team were client-centred, knowledgable and provided services in a timely manner, despite it being an extremely hectic week, given that it's a long weekend. Simply put, MB-Mississauga just got themselves a customer for life. I will purchase and service at their location exclusively from now on. Thank you, Chris and the MB-Mississauga team. Sincerely, an extremely satisfied customer.
I purchased my vehicle from this dealership about 2 weeks ago. There was a very visible marking on the vehicle the day of delivery. I told the sale associate that I was not satisfied, he brought over Joe Hakim the sales manager and tried to explain to me how its normal to have such a visible crack down my rocker panel. I told him I was not happy, he told me to go to the other side of the dealership and purchase a brand new vehicle if I didnt want visible marks on the car and then chuckled to himself. Terrible and disrespectful, you get better customer service at a Honda dealership.
Took my 2009 E300 in for service on Tuesday March 14th/2017.
Problem is with the wiring harness for the third back light, the ground wire was broken. They said bring it in for 9:00 A.M.. Got the vehicle "checked in" and it showed the same on the status board. They said it would take all day. One and half hours later it said "working". An hour later I checked the mechanics bay and could not find my car. Went out to the back lot there was my car sitting and collecting snow. Why does the status board say working when it's not? Why do you show up at 9:00 A:M: when you have no intention of fixing the problem until later in the afternoon?
Time to find another dealer or another competitor. Total disgusted.
Follow UP: Received a phone call from the Service Manager today along with the Service Rep , who was concerned about my negative posting.
I explained my concerns about coming in at 9:00 A.M. and leaving my vehicle for the whole day. When you make an appointment with a doctor, dentist, lawyer for a specific time, you are seen at that time. This is not so at Mercedes. When the status board reads working, you could assume that someone is working on it, not at Mercedes. It means that it has been assigned to a technician, and he will get to it when he is finished with other jobs before you. A customer should not assume the status board is right, although all other times the status board for me has shown several time that a technician is working on my vehicle.
The discussion with Jason the Service Manager and Jason the Service Rep went around in circles with no clear answer. No fix to this problem was offered by Mercedes On Mavis. My wife and I both have Mercedes and will be looking for someone to fix the wiring harness for the trunk, and continue on with our maintenance. Driving a Mercedes met something, the best car, the best service. Not feeling that way now.
Mercedes on Mavis you are still a 1 star not 5.
I would highly recommend Corey Chaston at the Mississauga dealership. He was exceptional! He was very helpful, not pushy at all unlike other dealerships which continuously send you generic e-mail blasts. He provided a wonderful experience through building a relationship with me and understanding my needs. I am very happy with my purchase, sales service and after-sales service. Go see him if you want a Mercedes! I have a dealership 5 minutes from my house, yet I bought from Corey who a lot further from where I live.
Great display of cars and great friendly service once they know you own an MB or at least know you have money. I do not appreciate that they did not care about me or ask me if I needed help looking at cars not knowing I own an MB and as well as my parents. Said to say that majority of the associates there base you on your looks. You focus on being rich not looking rich!
