Had an absolutely amazing car buying experience with Mississauga Toyota! I've made 4 car purchases before this and never experienced the level of courtesy, knowledge, professionalism and above all consideration for all my needs! Couldn't get out to the dealership with my 7 month old, so Hitesh at Mississauga Toyota went out of his way to bring the car to me! Got to test drive and check the car out right at my house, so efficient!

Eight months after my first visit, the staff has approved. Staff was already friendly, now they're more friendly and very helpful! They want to help the customer more than anything else at this location. I definitely recommend this Toyota location for Mississauga and Etobicoke customers.

1. I arrived and was checked-in at my appointment time, no delays -great.
2. I asked for a courtesy shuttle -"10min wait'- -great
3. While preparing coffee, courtesy shuttle was already calling my name --SUPER-GREAT
4. Service advisor called me when he said he would -great
5. Internet was mediocre

I went in to Mississauga Toyota when my Aunt and Uncle were picking up their newly leased vehicle.

I was on the market for a new car as I was (unfortunately) in an accident and totalled my (beloved) Jetta.

I went because my uncle was singing the person they dealt with (Sarah White) praises and I wanted to see for myself.

I was not disappointed as Sarah was really friendly, polite, listened to all my yammering and was patient. She was very upfront about the costs and I felt she was incredibly fair and not at all like the stereotypical "salesman". I did not feel pressured at all and e-mailed with Sarah back and forth for over a month, She was always quick to reply , shoot me an email if something within the parameters I had told her came in, and never pressured me or used heavy handed tactics like some of the other places I visited.

I almost bought a vehicle from Toyota DESPITE it not even having been on my initial list JUST because of Sarah. Ultimately, I decided that was a bit too crazy to buy just because I liked the sales person and opted for my first choice (a 2017 Subaru Forester) .

The only thing I would wish is that the next time I am in the market for a new car, that Sarah would be at a dealership for whichever brand I actually want.

Unbelievably awesome experience.. We are simply lost for words as our dealings and interaction with Ms Sarah White was simple AWESOME!! She was really extraordinary and we were never pressured in any way and at any time yet.. she was very patient and ensure all of our questions (and we have lots of them) and concerns were all answered and clarified!!! So hope this reaches to anyone who are out there and in the market for a Toyota. look no further.. head straight to the Mississauga (dundas / 427) location and reach out to Ms. Sarah White it will be the best car purchase experience you will ever have relaxed and completely satisfied!!! Can't ask for anything more as you will be getting a car that is known for its reliability and best thing of all enjoy the best customer service ever!!!! Really really Impressed!!!! I don't think they're very honest or have your best interests. Charged me for a 40 point inspection and a tire rotation even though my winter tires were going to be taken off the following week. Also said my filters needed replacing due to dog hair. Knock out the dog hair and voila! Save yourself a hundred and twenty bucks. They are out to gauge you. I didn't need a tire rotation. I didn't need new filters. Be cautious in your dealings with them. Question every recommendation.

Great service! Free wifi, beverages/coffee and courtesy phone inside dealership. The shuttle service was quick and very handy. The repair took less time than estimated ending with a prompt callback to inform me that my car can be picked-up. The price was reasonable to.

I am back to Toyota after a 30 year absence with my used 2012 4Runner. Looking where to bring it for the 96,000 km service, I picked this dealership based on the many positive reviews. I was not disappointed. Service advisor Bryan provided professional and courteous assistance in explaining the recommended work needed at this interval. The mechanic assigned performed the work in the estimated time and everyone I met in the service department was friendly. All in all a positive experience which means I will be coming back in 6 months for the 4Runner's next service.

Their sales men are pretty flexible: they offer decent deals and they behave not invasive. It had pretty large I'll with menu cars displayed. Good impression.

I've been going to Mississauga Toyota for a decade now and always found their service department fair, friendly, and very competent. Whether its warranty work or just routine maintenance I never felt like they were trying to up sell me anything. I've never had to return for any repair jobs and all were done right the first time around.
Shout out to John, Guru, George who recently retired and St. Clair in parts.
