Currently sitting in the service department waiting for my car to be brought out. It’s been over 40mins.

There are at least 10 employees sitting at desks in the service department, and only one porter pulling vehicles out. You’d think one would notice the time it was taking their porter and offer to help, particularly after I complained about the wait 20mins in.

Grand Touring does not seem to care for their customer’s time. This isn’t an isolated incident. They’re usually super backed up, but this is the worst service I’ve ever received here. It’s a good thing they’re moving, but they should do a better job acknowledging their screw ups that result in a giant waste of a customer’s time.

Overall I’ve had a good experience here at GTA. I submitted an inquiry online on jaguars website. I then had a few people reach out to me in order to get me a sales associate. I was contacted by Ethan. I let him know the F-Type I was looking for, the options I needed, and the price I needed to be within. This guy searched all of Canada and found me the perfect new vehicle with everything I wanted and more. It was tough being patient to get the car in, but once it came it was worth it. Ethan was extremely patient and accommodating in working with me during the negotiations process. Furthermore the sales manager here Raj was a gem and very accommodating throughout the process. He is no doubt GTA’s best asset. So far any issue I’ve had I’ve been able to call Ethan and he’s always been available for me even on his days off for guidance. I would highly recommend Ethan and GTA for their excellent dedication to satisfying their customers and making deals happen.

Good God I wish I could give them a negative star review. They don't even deserve 1 star. This is from a buyer that already purchased 1 vehicle from them in the best. After I tried to negotiate on a new car look at the response I got.

"I have spent so much time and effort with you for the past few days trying to earn your business but you turned around and said you will go with another retailer because of an additional $1500 discount!

At this point, I have been told by management not to respond to any other of your inquire as you are playing between the dealers unless you actually come in or call me with your credit card info to do business.

    Regards,"

He spent one day working with me. Took my business else where and shared this experience with my colleagues.

Love, Love the XJ - Level of service from the sales Dept was weak. Bus Mgr was good though. Jaguar Cars rule.

There are so many dealerships. You'll be happier going somewhere else. I honestly felt like they didn't want my business. They treated me like I was beneath their notice. The service here was awkward and painful.

The whole place smells like sour milk, and the guy I spoke with seemed like he was coming off a four day blow binge.

My wife and I were looking to buy a vehicle and although we did not end up purchasing one from Grand Touring, we really appreciated the personal service provided by Jeff Foo. He set up a test drive for us and providing very detailed information on the vehicle we were interested in. We will certainly contact Jeff in the future if looking for a new car.

I have been 2 months trying to get the sales manager and credit manager to return a deposit on a car that I changed my mind on the next day. The contract was never done, nor was the car ever picked up. It was simply a pushy salesman asking for a deposit. It is sad for this caliber of an organization. Michael (Sales) and Linh (credit) are shameful associates.

Disclaimer: This review is directed at Assured Automotive within the facility, and not Grand Touring itself.

If you value transparency, efficiency and integrity you should avoid Assured Automotive at Grand Touring at all costs.

I was directed by my insurer to Assured Automotive at Grand Touring for some repairs after a fender bender – the bumper needed replacing and my AC was also damaged in the collision. My car was with Assured for a full week. From Tuesday until the following Tuesday.
Upon returning my car to me, Andrew, the desk agent, stood next to my car for an uncomfortably long period of time as we waited for the AC to begin working. Five minutes, nothing, just hot air. He assured me that it takes a while to begin working, so we wait another five minutes, nothing still. More hot air.
Andrew asked me to drive it home and give them a call if it was still not working. Within an hour of driving the vehicle away from the lot, I called back several times before getting a response that he would have to check with the mechanic and get back to me.
The following day, Andrew was apologetic on the phone and said he was trying to arrange a time when I could bring the vehicle back to get the AC properly sorted out. Fair enough.
This morning however, Andrew calls me saying the mechanic says there was a belt missing the entire time (I assume the AC belt) and that’s why the AC wasn’t working. But, because the mechanic didn’t believe the belt was missing due to the accident they did not consider themselves liable to complete the repairs.
Here are a few simple facts, before the collision the AC worked, after the collision, it didn’t. The insurer agreed to that fact and agreed to pay to fix the bumper and the car’s AC. That’s why we pay for insurance.

Furthermore, the invoice I have shows that a mechanic went through the effort of replacing the AC condenser and the car’s radiator and everything that goes with that. But, it's only after the fact, the mechanic says there was an AC belt missing all along, but felt that was not their problem to fix, and also not their problem to ensure the customer was made aware of this at the point of the car being returned.
As it happened, Andrew, who returned the car to me, boasted that everything is replaced and is as-new, that there is a lifetime warranty on the repair work, blah blah blah.
    More hot air.

Thankfully, my insurer is picking up the tab, and has already agreed to complete the repairs at another shop.
But the amount of my time I feel that Assured Automotive has wasted through either their own lack of internal communication, incompetence and/or dishonesty is unacceptable.

Do yourself a favour, steer clear of this place.

Bun Eap is a star. plain and simple. I have been through many cars and many dealers. I have never been so inclined to stay at a store JUST because of the service. If you buy a car from GT ( which you should), make sure you take it to Bun!

I brought my 2013 Jag XF into Grand Touring to have a final 150 pt. inspection done before the warranty ran out. The experience was certainly not up to the standard I would have expected. I had made an appointment for 9 a.m. and arrived a few minutes early. I was hoping it would be a standard procedure and I would have the car returned at the end of the day with a report in hand. I first called at 2:00 p.m. to find out the status of my car and was told that it still had not gone into the garage. I was quite surprised as the appointment made was for 9 a.m. Then I was informed that the car would go in later and that a rental would be arranged and paid for by GT Automobiles. I came in to pick up the rental after 4 p.m. and my car was still sitting outside. Finally, the next day I received a call that the mechanic found a leaky coolant hose, but that it would take another day to receive parts and correct. My car was finally ready at the end of the 3rd day. I am not sure why I was required to make an appointment in the first place. In any case I came in to pick up the vehicle and even had a chance to speak to the mechanic who worked on the car. Thank you Albert for taking the time.
I was told my car would be brought around , but after a bit of a wait they had to page to remind someone that my car still hadn't shown up. When it finally did come to the service dept. , it was very dirty after spending 3 days outside and having gone home with the technician (which I agreed to). I noticed cars coming out of the car wash while I waited and when I made a comment that the car was a mess, the driver said they weren't washing cars that day. Finally my car was put through the wash. Lastly, I wonder why it is called a 150 pt. inspection when in fact there are less than 30 inspection points on the "Land Rover" inspection report?. All in all, I was not impressed with the service and thought that perhaps Grand Touring Automobiles would try harder to impress a new client. T. O'Hare

Im telling you guys right now if you are looking for a good deal on Land Rovers, Aston Martin, Royce Rolls, and Bentley, look no further. Ask for Chen when you go in, he has the best service in the entire store. I bought 2 vehicles from him, one used land rover discovery sport and a brand new 2017 evoque. Chen always treats customer equally no matter their ourfit and attitude. He has given me great deals on the both the cars with at least 6k discounts.

Thumbs up just for my man Chen.

Staff here were quite helpful and unusually knowledgeable about their vehicles. I was assist by Michael H. He answered all my technical question concisely and without hesitation.
Didn't end up buying a Land Rover, but if I was ever going to I'd go here.
