First off I just want to say this place has the best customer service. Not only do they make you feel welcome, but they also make sure you walk out that door happy. I recently bought a pre-owned Honda from this place and I couldn’t be happier. They made sure I got what I needed and that’s all that matters. Jennifer Yang was my Product Advisor and she was such a sweet lady. She always kept in touch with me and was so kind and that’s what pushed me to actually purchase the car because it showed that she cares. I’ve been to many dealerships and they all just brushed me off and didn’t keep in touch like Jennifer. I’m sure the others are great too, but I can only speak about whoever helped me. I totally recommend this place to literally anybody. Not to mention the place is big, welcoming, and clean. Well done Lexus !!

Oliver is one of the best Consultants at Don Valley North Lexus. He was very thorough with his guidance and interacts in a professional and personable way. He cares to listen to your needs and works with you on the best deal. From all the Lexus showrooms I've been to, I highly recommend Don Valley. The management staff as well were great. Good customer service and overall a pleasant experience.

We traveled 2 hours to look at a used vehicle at Don Valley North Lexus. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and appreciated regardless of the fact that we we're looking to buy used, it didn't make a difference. We were introduced to Jennifer Y. who was a delight from start to finish. She took us on our test drive, was very sociable and knowledgeable with regards to the vehicle we were looking at. She went above and beyond to make sure that this was the vehicle for us. Once we purchased the vehicle we returned to pick it up, It was waiting out front with a lovely giant red bow and a card as it was my husband and I's wedding anniversary. Jennifer surpassed our expectations of purchasing a used vehicle and made the experience more enjoyable than we could have ever imagined. Thanks Again Jennifer! I bought a used IS 250 from Don Valley Lexus earlier this year. When I approached the reception desk to say I was looking to buy a second-hand car, I immediately sensed the receptionists looking at me and my family in a condescending manner. Later, I had test drove one car, loved it and right away put in a down payment. However management had somehow messed up and they had already sold that car to another customer a few hours before. There was definitely a miscommunication within the sales team. Eventually I bought another car from the dealership and still enjoy driving it.
Then 5 months after my purchase, all my tires started to show serious signs of cupping. I took the car to the dealership and was disappointed with the way they managed my concerns. They insisted conducting an expensive test to see if it was an alignment issue, but could not guarantee that was the problem. My family emailed the dealership with photos of the tires and asked if they could provide better insight without doing tests. They told us their email server was down and didn’t email us back. Suffice to say, I’m unhappy with the customer service at the dealership and will be going to another place for maintenance in the future.

Alex K is probably the reason why we bought this car. This is our first time buying a Lexus and our experience has been phenomenal. Alex is a very experienced sales consultant, knowledgeable and passionate in this brand. His enthusiasm in customer experience, professionalism and customer oriented approach has set him apart from other salesmen we met in other dealerships. It didn't take him long to help us identifying our needs on a new car and providing a couple good options. After the exciting pick and choose part, the price negotiation and payment options was painless. Dealing with a straight forward sales consultant definitely makes this experience delightful and enjoyable. Last but not the least, Alex is very courteous, personable and approachable. We all know the stigma of car sales. I am in the sales industry and knew what to expect and had my guard up. I was really impressed with Nouville. He followed up with my fiance constantly in a non-intrusive. We simply contacted him when we were ready to test drive some cars. He made my fiance and I feel like a million bucks. We were at times tough in looking for the best deal possible. He was calm, understanding and extremely helpful. We truly felt he was on our side to get us the best deal possible. I also recently got my first oil change and wasn't pushed for any extras. I truly appreciated working with Nouville and would recommend everyone to ask for him.

My girlfriend and I decided to test drive a hybrid SUV and Jack Jiang assisted us every inch of the way. He was very thorough with his explanations and took his time to answer our questions till nearly close. He never once pushed us and we had decided to purchase the vehicle from him as we had our compete trust in him. Never once bothered to try and shop the deal around as the service we received was more than enough to close the deal. Ask for Jack.

I had a great experience with Mustafa, our sale person who was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I traded in my old car and everything went smoothly, and so far I’m happy with my purchase. One bad apple can't speak for an entire organization. After initially having a not so great experience, we spoke to the Pre-Owned Sales Manager Chad who immediately made things better. He fixed the problem and personally found us a car that was perfect us. Any anger or frustration that we had before was completely removed. If you're looking to buy a used car, I can assure you Chad and his team will take care of you. We were never pushed and had all our questions answered honestly. I can sit here all day talking about how Chad went above and beyond for us (car records, calling dealers, maintenance work, transparency), I would recommend his team to anyone in the market. My family and I bought a pre-used car from Don Valley North Lexus and have been very happy with our purchase and the incredible service provided. We were under the care of Oliver Lo who was introduced to us by our long time friend Chadwick Law. Oliver Lo has been a very amazing individual to work with. He was very patient when it came to selecting and trying out cars. He was very transparent in the information provided, making sure to reiterate any information we may have missed or was unsure of. This made us very confident in our purchase and helped fostered a positive relationship between consumer and seller. In addition, we felt he went above and beyond his duty when we requested for certain items/conditions to go along with our purchase. His anticipation to what we were going to ask not only helped expedite the purchasing process but also demonstrated that he was thinking along the same lines as his clients. Overall, with the amazing customer support and incredibly positive atmosphere provided, we left feeling very happy with our purchase and look forward to coming back to Don Valley North Lexus in the future. Our experience with Don Valley North Lexus was absolutely remarkable. The entire team was extremely efficient in assisting us with our purchase. To start off with, our salesperson, Stephanie Sooriyadas, assisted us in every way possible. She helped us find a vehicle that suited the entire family's requests. Furthermore, she answered all of our concerns and went out of her way to ensure that we were confident and comfortable with our purchase. The management and financial team (Sara), were diligent with processing our purchase. My family has been looking to purchase a vehicle for three years, and it took Stephanie just one day to find one that we all loved! Overall, I could not recommend a better dealership to purchase a vehicle.
