Always one of my stops whenever I'm in Vancouver. The staff is always really friendly and helpful, they know their merchandise really well, and they always suggest their newest bath bombs and bubble soaps to make choosing easier.

Here's a tip: If you're unsure about a product (soap, bubble bars, shampoo bars) if you are nice to the sales associates, they can hook you up with a free sample to try.

I entered the store stressed and tired, and by the time I left I had a huge smile on my face. The staff always have the best and friendliest customer service, and their products are top quality, cruelty free, and long-lasting. Plus, they promote reusing containers.

Great staff, great products! I generally only shop here at Christmas time but I'm trying to reduce the amount of plastic I consume so here I can get products with no plastic and take it away in a paper bag.

Don't buy gifts here -- I did, and they wouldn't refund cash balance even with the bill! Said that they 'needed the card it was bought with' to make refund; how is that supposed to work when product was a gift?! Get real, Lush -- you just want to force people to exchange instead of refund. Unbelievable.

Body Shop has no such shady policy, buy your overpriced soap there.
