Went for a friends kids birthday. Was a nice room they were in n the front desk ladies wete really nice. I might do the same for my kids birthday there now.

Pretty clean, typical size, layout and amenities for hotel room, fridge is functional. TVs a bit small but at least flat screen. Buffet breakfast is hit and miss. Some days are better than others. Nice they have hot coffee all day and cookies in the morning.

I had a great visit and lovely time at the event I came up to attend but my check in process at the hotel left much to be desired. I booked my reservation over a month in advance and it was given away to someone else with the same last name. The front desk attendant tried to tell me that a "member of my party" had already checked in. They told me the person's first name and I didn't even know them. Luckily, they were able to give me a similar room to the one I reserved- the last one available. I now have 3 charges for different amounts made on 3 different dates pending on my card. I'm waiting to see which ones clear and then will be calling back if the charge does not match my receipt. Overall: friendly staff, decent accommodations. Not happy about how the charges look nor the fact my original reservation was given away, but at least they were able to make that right.

Service here is top notch as the hotel staff offered to call the restaurant we ordered take out from when it hadn't arrived within the timeframe allotted. Rooms were clean, and breakfast was definitely above average, although still typical quality. 10/10 would stay again.

My stay here was great. They actually called me in advance to let me know that my room was right next to the kitchen, and offered to switch my room for free. They also let me cancel my 2nd night no charge. Amazing people!

The hotel is very dated. Not super nice or upgraded in any way. For the price I would expect something much nicer but in BC everything is overpriced. Location is very convenient though. Near major highways and very central. Breakfast is free as with all Hamptons. This is a very busy, and not very quiet hotel.

We're hosting our wedding at the Newlands Golf and Country Club and decided to make a group reservation at this hotel. So far our experience has been excellent, as they have been quick to reply and even walked us through a tour of rooms to help decide which we wanted to book. They've offered a good rate and even thrown in a room upgrade for free!

This location was my first ever experience in the Hampton hospitality, and whenever I'm in the area I love to return for the great experiences. As a working man, I choose the Hampton for solid internet services, excellent rooms and beds, and killer hot breakfasts to send you on your way. Thanks again Hampton Inn!!

Top hotel especially at this price. Very friendly staff. Large rooms and bathrooms. Nice complimentary breakfast. Very clean and modern hotel. On site laundry room and a swimming pool with a slide. Had a really nice stay.

Was a great stay with my two young kids. They loved the pool! The room was good, clean and comfy. I loved the coffee available all the time in the lobby and the included breakfast was great! Will definitely stay at a Hampton INN again and most likely this one.

Great hotel, location, amenities and staff. Best Hampton breakfast ever had. Wonderful selection of coffee, tea and juice. Hot and cold cereal and fresh fruit toppings and shredded coconut.
The pool and water slide were a hit with the boys soccer team and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Downfall was the train tracks that are behind the hotel but I didn't really notice them enough to be bothered.
Willowbrook Shopping Centre was across the street plus many other shopping and restaurants nearby.response / report this review
